REDEMPTION: I'm glad to see that our last experience was a one off. We were 30 minutes early and just waiting outside on the couch when the manager, Matt, popped out to check on us and offer us coffee. The server, Dillon was very observant in anticipating our needs. The food was of much higher quality than our last visit. Overall an exceptionally different experience. I'm glad to update my review to a more positive perspective. Although, it is still my opinion that the balance of flavors in the s'mores French Toast needs adjusting. Customer Experience: First the hostess tried to seat us at a table at which we would be constantly smacked in the face by the cloth divider with no ties. I suggested a different table to which she went inside for approval. Once seated, Allie (not sure on spelling, apologies) arrived to take our drink orders during which we also placed our menu orders. The time to arrival seemed a tad long particularly considering we were the first customers with one other sweet elderly couple. I specified that we would like our food served upon prep. Despite this apparently a simple side of fruit takes a minimum of 30 minutes to prepare and serve. After our food arrived, there was no check in to confirm food was to order and satisfactory. We waited until finally a light in the dark arrived, Kyle, the savior of this experience at least in customer service. He was genuinely concerned about our feedback, listened patiently and acted accordingly. He apologized on behalf on the restaurant and sent the manager to our table promptly. The manager Rashad (again apologies on spelling) listened to our feedback, then brought one of the sous chefs to listen to our complaints as well. After we conveyed our disappointment again, Rashad reiterated Kyle's initial response, apologizing and informing us this was not indicative of their standards. He took 50% off our bill and provided us a $25 gift card, requesting that we return again to experience a hopefully better display of their positively reviewed food and exceptional customer experience. He mentioned upon our return he would appreciate if we request him by name so he monitor or experience more closely which we intend to do. So here's to the possibility of redemption and hopefully another much more positive review and experience. Bananas Foster French Toast: laughable! 4 half slices, literally 6 thin slices of banana, drizzled with canned milk. Completely missing the fosters. No caramel. No flavor. S'mores French Toast: Basically Nutella spread between two pieces of bread, the marshmallow must've been undercover because I only caught a rare glimpse of it and nare a taste. Good concept needs better execution in balance of flavors. Blue Crab & Shrimp Benedict: Not actually a Benedict. Hollandaise was so broken it appeared identical to melted butter. The shrimp perfect...as my next set of tires. Pure rubber. The crab cake PHENOMENAL. Solid base to improve upon. All American Breakfast: Over easy eggs were raw and yes the yolks SHOULD be but not the whites. Potato cakes were excellent perfect balance between exterior crunch and moistness. Fruit was surprisingly ripe, well prepped and tasty unlike my usual experience with restaurant fruit sides. The toast was served unbuttered with no options for such provided. The grill needed cleaning as the toast acquired a bitter charcoal flavor along the grill marks. While we were served I noticed this and requested some butter/jam options, Allie returned with a silver tin with what appeared to be jelly and plopped it on the table with no explanation. I was able to derive that it was strawberry scraped from a jar based on the appearance. Key Lime Pie: provided free of charge by the sous chef. Can't really speak to this as I did not partake but according to the other half of the equation: More like cheesecake but very tasty. He wasn't a fan of the crust but much can't be said about that since he's not a fan of nuts which it contained.

Update (01/23/22) The GM Matt was very kind as we sat on the patio outside( it was chilly) offered us both a cup of coffee while we waited. Loved the fact that he came outside to check on us. So far Dylan is a good server, quickly brought us our waters and took our order, after he put in our order he came back to check on us and see if we wanted any cocktails. So far so good. Now will the food be as good as Kyle's customer service? The food looks alot better. So this time we got the brunch burger(absolutely delicious and juicy) the fries( the parm fries are so 👌 especially if you pair it with there hollandaise...divine) perfectly crisp. Also the hollandaise was perfect it wasn't like butter this time. The French toast: smores(not enough marshmallow but once they brought some more it was absolutely delicious) bananas foster(this is not your traditional foster it's more like banana de Leche but that's not a bad thing cause it's still delicious). And then finally the American breakfast eggs cooked correctly this time our server was thoughtful and brought jelly and butter with the English muffin. And man are those potato cakes delicious. The fruit needs to be trimmed a little better there was some rind still on the watermelon. They experience overall was an Astounding A+. Well done to Matt and his team they step up to the plate and hit home run this time can't wait to try those tri-tip egg rolls. Me and my partner order the American breakfast (her eggs were raw), smores French toast(not enough marshmallow spread), Banana fosters French toast (no Carmel sauce), and finally the shrimp and crab Benedict ( which the hollandaise was broken and runny as well as rubber shrimp. But the crab and eggs were cooked to perfection.) I don't know if we just had a one off experience but maybe lunch is better. Also the fruit was so sweet and delicious. Kyle the bartender and management saved this experience not only handling this professionally but offering to fix the experience swiftly.

Last night we decided to give Libby’s one more try after our unfortunate experience there two months ago. The management staff Matt and Tommy was really exceptional in talking to us and resolving the issue we experienced. They seem really dedicated and sincere in insuring that your dining experience is great and that customers should feel welcome at all times. As usual the food was great and we will be back there on a regular basis. My family have been supporting libby's since its opening. Two weeks ago we had a really bad experience and I have left two messages via phone at Table side Restaurant group as no one picks up the phone and even tried to messenger the owner Joe but no response from anyone. So I have to assume they do not care. We usually take the kids for dinner there after their golf camp as its close by and have been going there throughout the year even when it was quiet supporting the restaurant. Two weeks ago we went there and were told that we do not have a reservation so could not eat there or we would have to wait. The hostess Catherine was not very friendly but we decided to wait. There were 5 empty tables inside and about 10 empty tables outside. 25 minutes later I tried to speak to the manager Heather and tell her we would have been finished by now but were told because we don't have a reservation and their kitchen was backed up they could not seat us. I tried to explain that I understand its busier now and was not aware of the reservation policy but were made to feel that myself and the two kids were irritating and annoying them for waiting and wanting to eat there. Needless to say we end up leaving after a half hour and will not be going there again, nor would I take any of my clients or golf friends there again. Hopefully they stay busy as we will not support them when it quiets down again. But maybe they don't need our business.
