I rarely leave bad reviews, but this was such an awful experience that I feel like I HAVE to. The employee named Will was very rude, from the time he took my order over the phone to the time I picked it up in person. They got my call-in order wrong so I had to wait once I arrived but that wasn't my issue whatsoever. Mistakes happen. I'm only concerned with the horrible attitude of this particular employee who seemed to be having the worst day, taking it out on the customers. He had the rudest tone over the phone and his attitude was SO loud, I wonder if that's why he didn't hear my order correctly. It was so bad that I got off of the phone and immediately started looking for another place to order pizza- so that I didn't have to deal with anymore potential rudeness from this man. I was in such a bind that I continued on to pick up my order. Once I arrived and it was discovered that the order was taken incorrect, I was told by Will that I didn't say all of that over the phone and he started huffing and puffing and slamming things in the back. As I said before, the mishap of taking the order incorrectly was unfortunate but I completely understand that that happens sometimes. I needed the pizzas so I simply just wanted what I ordered, was going to wait on them and wasn't going to make a fuss. But Will sure did. From what I can see during my wait, the way he interacted with the staff there as well, he is creating such a toxic work environment and for their sake and furture customers, this should be corrected. I really hate to bad talk someone like this because I don't know him or the kind of day or life he was having but this job surely does not seem for him. I hope he finds...
   Read moreI really dislike giving a bad review, but I feel this one is needed so that things can be updated and made better at some point. My family and I order pizza out every other week or so, and it's a little bit of a drive to cut across town to get pizza from this establishment. I tried to order ahead again online and there's still issues with the website. I asked for certain pizzas that were advertised, and when I got to the business, what I was given was not what I ordered. I was also provided an excuse that they didn't have certain things that were on the online menu, and I then had to make a second order to have enough to go around. I did complain the corporate but I've yet to hear anything back, but this is nothing on the staff. They were friendly enough and apologetic, but I think more care needs to go towards fixing things so that this problem can be eliminated or lessened in the future.
