McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

After months of frequent visits purposely at all different hours To 2 different McDonald's... This McDonald's sets the bar. CLEANLINESS... I walk in.... Every table is clean, I go to wash my hands Nothing on the floor in the bathroom the mirror is impeccably clean, The guy washing his hands shakes them ,Looks at me in the mirror, looks down And wipes the water off the counter with a sleeve...Yes, it's that clean. SERVICE... My network is suddenly lacking, And the restaurant Wi-Fi is slow about 20% of my visits Frustrated,I let someone go in front of me.. The employee at the counter is in the process of turning HER PERSONAL HOTSPOT ON so I can get my rewards points , i dunno why I find the situation to be embarrassing, But no worries the employee at the counter bailed me out, Smiling the whole time... Everybody's Working , in back prep area is spotless. THE FOOD: Quarter pounders cooked when you order them....! At some places that's just an excuse for being slow. I hate when someplace says that and you get your reheated food and it smells of cardboard obviously wasn't made any time within the last hour...BUT NOT HERE! EVERY TIME HOT...JUICY..PERFECT ... The only Discrepancies where the fries could have been fresher 10% of the time...and shakes n ice cream not available 3 of 40 visits. OVERALL..(McD vs. all local FST FOOD) It's the cleanest The food is the freshest The staff is the greatest Yes that is a picture of the employee that let me use...

I had my sister and her toddler my niece i should say with me shopping all day by 3pm we were all hungry and were looking for something to eat , we drove past 1 McDonald's who's drive thru was so crowded and we were kind of in a hurry so we looked around for sometime and saw this McDonalds, the drive thru was also crowded but this time i decided to park and go inside to eat if it was feasible , well i saw the line and almost left however my little niece was beginning to get cranky , the assistant manager helped us put in our order in the kiosk and we were able to get our drinks and my sister had a little bag of crackers to hold my niece over till her happy meal arrived , the staff though working with a full drive thru and almost full store worked professionally to get the rush down , they remained calm even when an unhappy customer wanted his food faster then it could be done ,they all remained pleasant even to the loud mouthed man. I was so tired after our long day , i usually get the names of the staff when they act so professionally because most ppl are fast to put workers mistakes of bad days out there for all to see but don't nearly put out the good that they do on almost a daily basis. It's not an easy job working with a tired ane working that day but you know who you are ,Gid bless all the unappreciated underpaid hard working people who feed us when we...

After my 4th consecutive horrible experience at this McDonald’s. I am now committed to eating better and never using a McDonald’s for myself ever again. First experience waited half hour for some cheeseburgers around 10 pm. The kicker was the manager/operator of this location called me and said she’d put me on a list and cover my next meal. When I got there the manager said they never do that and would send me a voucher or something. She never heard of a list. So terrible attempt at making it right. Same thing happened again at a different location. But I didn’t fall for it. So I was disgusted after three terrible experiences. But I gave them another chance the other night. Ordered a couple cheeseburgers again and the line wasn’t bad. But it took about 5 minutes to move after every car got their food. So either they’re grossly understaffed, or poorly managed after 9 pm. On top of that when I finally get to the window. The girl was handing me drinks I didn’t order. This after me pulling up, and her running away and returning 5 minutes later. Than after realizing the order wasn’t correct asked me what I ordered. So I’m guessing they deleted my order. Cause I waited another five minutes. Probably because they had to start my order over. People will go here cause it’s right off the freeway. But hopefully they’ll see reviews before...
