Where do I start? Came into the drive through at 11:56pm. Couldn't redeem points in the app because it said they are on breakfast. They aren't, but the app is set to breakfast. So, I choose to use the deal in the app that says Free Medium Fries with the purchase of any size drink. I do that. I order a large sweet tea, light ice. They redeem my code. I order a few other things and proceed to the window to pay (also with the app). When we get our food, my husband tells me the fries aren't in there. No problem, I back up and politely ask for my fries. They ask for my receipt. I provide it even though my purchase was paid for on the app. Lo and behold, no fries listed on the receipt. No problem , they know I've been in their drive through for almost 15 minutes, so I show them the promo on the app and that it won't let me redeem it again, because the 15 minutes wait to use another promo has not completely elapsed. I was refused. I asked for a manager. The message she sent with the employee was that she was too busy to deal with me. TOO BUSY TO DEAL WITH A CUSTOMER. Do I need to say anything else? I said I would wait, and I did just that. I waited, and of course, this made her angry. So of course, ZERO customer service skills, please keep in mind, this is over a medium french fries that was FREE. She was rude and recalcitrant. Uncooperative would have been an improvement. She slammed the window in my face and locked it and refused to even look at me. I drove away. No problem. I will be running this up the chain. It's a pattern of rude and alarming behavior at this McDonald's that borders on bullying your customers. How dare you! We spend our money here. That's a choice we won't be making again. If I can get your store boycotted, I will. I have no problem requesting your store be inspected for health and safety reasons. Employees touching their noses and mouths while talking at the window and then handling food and drinks without washing their hands. I promise your surveillance videos will show violation after violation. No problem. We won't be back. Read moreThis review is for the franchisee. I visited your establishment yesterday, and here is what transpired. They kept sending everyone in the drive thru to the curbside pick up. I was the 5th car waiting in curbside for food and the drive thru was empty. There was no food in this store. They lady that rough my wrong order out said the manager first care and the employees don’t do anything. I waited for 30 min and received the wrong order 2 different times. I wanted a refund, I was told I had to come inside for a refund. It was raining and I had a 2 yr old with me. The manager came out in the rain with out my food again and said she can not give me my food and a refund. I said I’ve been here for 30 min and still don’t have my food. She didn’t seem to care at all…. This is the standard this woman has. This is the worst McDonald’s I have even been to. Someone who cares about their work needs to retrain this place, the manager is worthless. So u left without my food and with out a refund, congratulations manager, you are amazing! Job well done! So I’m out food and money, I hope the franchisee see this. Your store is going down the tubes with this woman in charge. Good luck! Read moreusually wouldn't be the one to comment on a store, mostly my reviews are like a joke, but this is kinda serious. was here Sunday July 10th around 1:30 pm, the girl with blondish brown hair ,I believe named Ashley, made a slushee drink and spilled some on the lid. instead of getting a napkin or something to wipe it off the lid, she chose to use part of a bag that was sitting in the trash can. when I asked her about it, her response was to act confused, and when I told her I'd seen her as well as someone else she paused and said "well I mean it was clean so.." like wth?? it doesn't matter if that part of the bag was "clean" or not, it was still in the trash. she only changed the lid when I asked her too and it's honestly pretty sad that even happened, coming from someone who currently works in food. absolutely disgusting.
