Jennifer the manager I got time today! You probably thought it was over because I just stared in silence. But let me tell you about my experience with this establishment. First and foremost this particular McDonald's it's like a family tradition I've been coming here since I was able to say the words french fry. Never had a poor experience like today. First things first you guys need to come into the future establishment like this is known to have lines longer than usual therefore you should have an employee outside assisting with orders creating some type of traffic control. Secondly, no one forced anyone to work at this restaurant so therefore customers should not be greeted by angry cashiers the cashier looked like she did not want to be there to the point that she dropped my credit card because of poor handling of the way to give it to me I had to pick it up off the ground. Neither front nor back Associates greeted me. My four-year-old son always says Hey to the cashier and they normally greet him back. So now it's time to get my meal I order sweet tea and got unsweetened tea. I literally yelled trying to get the cash year's attention to let her know the tea was on Sweden after several attempts I gave up waiting for the person to come to the window I notified them the tea was unsweetened she stated to me that I want her to sweeten the tea I thought that was pretty obvious but neither less she did so after I said yes while I was waiting for the tea and the mail to arrive the manager Jennifer came to the window and told me I needed to go park my vehicle for my meal. Wow, I thought to myself she did not even entertain the fact the drink was incorrect and the fact that the meal just came up or was ready sitting there. I looked at her with a puzzled face because I realize she was only worried about time and not the customer and if I move the vehicle my food was going to be cold. After all, it was already there. The young lady came back with my drink and gave me my food but she forgot to give me a straw I was still upset with Jennifer than the manager so I stared past her to Jennifer...
Read moreThis McDonald's places drive-thru customers into curbside pickup spots to wait for their orders to manipulate better results on their performance timer. Sometimes, it doesn't make sense in my experience. So be prepared to be asked to "park at number 1 to wait for your order" whether you order at the speaker or through the app in advance.
The only reason that I still come to this McDonald's is out of the sheer convenience of its locale when the kids want to have some McDonald's. The food serves the intended purpose.
Complaint: I normally order for my whole family when I arrive, so I understand the occasional wait on the side, but I've even been asked to wait in curbside parking for a single sandwich a la carte and watched vehicles behind me be afforded the option to wait at the window and receive their full meals, make corrections, and check the contents before I got my burger. Today, I ordered for me and my kids at the drive-thru. I waited patiently behind the two vehicles ahead of me and watched the one directly in front of me get their correction handled at the window before they drove away. When I pulled up to the window, I received our drinks and was immediately told to park in the spot marked number 3 as my drinks were handed to me. Before I could make a rebuttal or refusal the window was closed. So I pulled into the spot and waited. 3 vehicles left with their orders before mine arrived. When I received it, the person handling my food left as soon as it was in my hands. I checked the bag to find that I was missing a good portion of my order and had to go inside. I brought my just-received bag of food and receipt and approached the counter where a crew member was present. The crew member observed me enter the building with my bag and receipt, picked up the restaurant phone, and left from the front counter and customer view. I asked the next crew member I saw for assistance after being ignored by the first crew member and received an attitude about having to come inside to correct...
Read moreThis location is straight up terrible. I used to go there every morning for breakfast but the service was horrible, kept getting my order wrong. And the morning crew was so slow...so I just quit going to McD all together. I just started going back again to see if things changed but still the same slow service amd getting my order wrong.
I just left from there 10 minutes ago. Was about 15 cars in line so I decided to go inside. I see why it was backed up, complete chaos inside. During the lunch rush mind you, 1 person working the window. Only 1 person making the orders. And only person working the cash register and she was in training! HAd someone standing there showing her how to take orders. People were complaining in line. WHy would you train someone during lunch rush!? Sheer stupidity....the manager was some young girl that couldn't be more then 20 years old, (think her name was Ariel) just looking oblivious to the chaos going on. And of course they messed my order up. I ordered the meal, and they forgot to give me a cup for the self serve soda. So the guy upgraded me to a large soda free. Get in my car and get ready to drive away, reach on the bag for some fries and guess what? No fries....SMH...
I emailed corporate a while back, but it looks like they don't care either. So my advice is avoid this location like the plague. There's another McD down the road on 119st and another one on 163st street if you must have that McD fix. Otherwise prepare to leave disappointed, annoyed and probably with the...
