Would give 0 stars if possible. 1On 11/12/2022, I placed a curbside pickup order at McDonald’s located at 4625 State Rd 520, Cocoa, FL 32926. I placed my order and received a confirmation email at 18:13:58. After waiting for several minutes and seeing patrons enter and exit the restaurant and also the drive through, I entered the restaurant to inquire as to my order. The nice young girl working the front counter provided me with my drink cup, and confirmed they had received my order. Time went by, with staff members walking around the restaurant, arguing with each other, and going on break and not addressing myself or the other patrons in the restaurant. A gentleman who I assumed to be the manager, called for the young girl “Cheyenne” to return to the front counter as there were people waiting. As he seemed to be the manager, I am not sure why he could not address the patrons and provide an order update. Once he returned to the bagging area, I saw him ask for 2 McDoubles with no onions or pickles (the burger items from my order) and there was no response provided. Other patrons came into the restaurant and ordered and received their orders, yet I watched as my order bag was still empty besides the sweet and sour sauce that “Cheyenne” put into my bag as and politely asked the manager for the whereabouts of my order.
2/2 The manager then moved my toy bag to the side and began other orders including burgers, fries and nuggets, all items included in my order, so I continued to be confused as to why my order was not being filled. I went to the bathroom and returned, to no avail. “Cheyenne” returned to the front counter and I explained to her that I did not understand the issue and I was confused because I had been waiting for 40 minutes, and she replied that she was confused too. She asked for my order so she could remember what was needed. She returned to the back and asked the manager again for an update, and he asked “what was she (myself) waiting on” and she told him I ordered 2 McDoubles, 4 piece nuggets, and a small fry. 5 minutes later, at approximately 6:57 PM, I was given my order with an apology from the girl but not even an acknowledgment from the “manager.” While I was waiting on my food, the manager brought out several orders for customers who ordered food after me, yet he never once asked me if I needed to order, if I was waiting or even an update on why my food did not come out. I watched several cars come through the drive through, yet I watched my order continuously be passed over, with no explanation. I ordered at 6:13 and did not receive my food until 6:57, and there is no excuse for such. The customer service was inexcusable and there was absolutely no reason why my order was not completed within 5 or 10 minutes or even 15. There is no reason why I should wait 44 minutes to...

My December visit was one if the worst. I had a special burger order (no ketchup or onions). When I got to the window they said there would be a wait and for me to move to another location. I asked how long and was told a minute or so. Since I had seen them keep people waiting before for long periods of time, I politely declined. The manager blew up and told me that there was a sign on the speaker that said special orders take more time and the wait would be 5 - 10 minutes. I told her I did not see a sign. (I drove around and sure enough, there was NO sign). I was very polite as i work in customer service. She blew up at and told me don't ever come back and threw my meal at me. (It was a miraculous order fulfillment all of the sudden).
Today, I went again and when i got to the window, i was asked to park in another location. As I did not have extra time, I politely asked how long would it be? The hostess said 2 - 3 seconds. I thought to myself why would they asked me to move then? The lady (found out later it was the manager) behind her said at least 5 to 10 minutes. I asked the hostess which time was accurate as I did not have a lot of extra time. I requested a refund and was very tersely told to move ahead for my refund which I did. They took their sweet time coming to the car and were very unhappy to refund my money. At no time was I ever rude or impolite and every time management was totally unprofessional.

Read moreDoesn't everyone love Micky D's every now & then? After a very early airport drop-off, we decided to stop & make our very loud tummys happy. The McDonald's on 520 & 95 is a usual stopping place after a long trip to & from the airport for us. In the drive-thru line, we were up to order before we realized it, however that was because the menu was not working & we were talking so didn't notice we were up to the order speaker and being asked for our order. When I asked the "voice" to turn on the menus so we could see what we wanted, she politely told us it was not working ( don't you think they could have closed that drive thru side down). No wonder it went so quickly. All the cars in that lane went back around to the end of the other lane for service. Well we started to do the same when we saw the line. Better idea, let's just go in & eat. It was 6:30 am & the doors were locked!!! Whatever happened to them opening at 5? Sign said 7am. Ok, maybe I haven't been there 1st thing in the morning for breakfast lately, but I didn't realize it was THAT long. We received the food we asked for, but customer service has gone out the window. While the "voice" was very nice & accommodating, she forgot to tell the cook & helpers to be the same. I'm guessing there is no quality check at this one & that the cook staff was betting no one wanted to get back on that line to complain. Maybe the special request didn't mean much to them, but to the person eating it, it was a necessity. Maybe that's why we don't go there as often as we used to.
