Edited. Below is my first review originally giving two stars which was way too benevolent to begin with. I reduced the stars to one star because it won't let me leave zero, or even NEGATIVE stars. I would probably leave -100 stars if possible. Tonight I was the ONLY car in the drive thru. I waited almost FOUR minutes for someone to take my order. I ordered large fries. That's it. Large fries. I got a medium order in a large cup and paid a large price. The worst part? They were COLD. That's not the worst part of the whole experience though. I have not been back since my original review in which I stated how rude the staff was. It was even worse tonight. Why did I go back??? I won't do that again. What happened to simply saying, "thank you?" What's with the "have a good one." I might be able to have a good one if my large order of fries were actually large and not medium AND if they were hot AND if the staff were pleasant instead of rude. The girl at the second window threw my fires out the window and was VERY disgusted with my request for ketchup. So, cold fries + medium fries in a large cup with a large price + two windows full of rude staff = no bueno and I for sure will not be back.
Dear McDonald's, I'm so sorry but I must break up with you. It's not me. It's you. You have cheated me for the last time. Yours truly, Me.
Dear McDonald's franchise owner: get a clue. When people are complaining that the food is bad, cold, or not what we paid for, you have a problem. When people are complaining that your staff is rude, you have a problem. When you get favorable reviews but you KNOW your staff is rude, lazy, and not filling orders with quality food, that's your hint that the favorable reviews are being written by staff members, their family, and or the staff themselves. Maybe YOU wrote them? St any rate, the reviews are false and misleading. This place is bad. Original review: Well, the ONLY reason I'm giving two stars is because of the fabulous young lady at the second window. First, I waited in the outside lane while they took FOUR cars ahead of the car in front of me. After he pulled up to the window and I pulled up to order, they took two more cars ahead of me. All I was getting was a Coke!! When I got to the window to pay, THAT young lady was EXTREMELY unfriendly and mean. I paid her in cash and she practically threw the change at me while telling me to "have a good one," in a very nasty tone. I've NEVER been treated that way at any McDonald's ever! When I arrived at the second window to pick up my Coke, that young lady made up for the horrible brat at the first window. She was delightful and very personable. I still probably won't go back. Why should I with a McDonald's on...
Read moreSo the whole reason why I even went to Mcdonalds just now was because I needed to get $1bills. I went through the drive-thru because I was in a rush and there was only one car and bought myself a large drink. When I pulled up to the first window I was going to explain to the cashier that I needed 9 ones back from the $20.07 that I gave her. However she was in the middle of taking an order at the same time as taking my money. So I did not want to interrupt her while she was multitasking because I used to work at that location for almost 3 years. So I knew just how tough it could be with having to work both positions in backcash while it is busy(although it wasn't too busy when I got tbere.). So she took my money and shut the window. When she opened the window again to give me my change I had completely forgotten to ask her for the ones. Plus she was still taking the order. So when I pulled up to the second window and grabbed my drink I gave the worker a $5 bill and asked her if I could get ones back. She told me yes but shortly comes back to tell me that her manager told her that I couldn't get ones and that I had to get it while paying for something. If it was real busy and haven't paid for anything then I would completely understand because I know that it might be a hassle. But it wasn't busy and I was a paying customer. I didn't just show up without paying for anything and asked for her to break my 20. Like I said, I used to work there. So I know very well that they can open the register without needing to buy something. I don't like to complain but the whole purpose I even went there was so that I could get these ones. And I was very polite the whole time and I respected them all since I knew how hard and stressful it can be. I am just very disappointed in them and I sure hope that this manager grows a heart a little and trear her paying customers a little better. I have always had a problem with the managers at night there so I have always avoided going there at night. But like I said, I was in a rush and really needed these ones. Its insane how different the morning crew/managers are compared to their night crew/managers. And it has always been...
Read moreI recently visited this McDonald's, and I can honestly say it was one of the most delightful fast-food experiences I’ve ever had, thanks to the phenomenal manager, Allie Gray. From the moment I walked in, Allie’s warm, radiant personality lit up the restaurant. Her kindness and genuine care for customers made me feel like I was dining at a five-star establishment rather than a quick-service restaurant.
Allie went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She greeted every customer with a beaming smile, checked in to make sure our orders were correct, and handled everything with such grace and efficiency. Her attention to detail and infectious positivity transformed a routine visit into something truly memorable. I watched her interact with her team, leading with respect and encouragement, which clearly created a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere for everyone.
The service was lightning-fast, the food was fresh and perfectly prepared, and Allie’s personal touch made all the difference. She even took a moment to chat with us, making us feel valued and appreciated as customers. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated, kind-hearted, and exceptional at their job. Allie Gray is an absolute gem, and because of her, this McDonald’s is now my go-to spot. If you’re lucky enough to be served by her, you’ll leave with a smile! Thank you, Allie, for making our visit...
