Horrible!!!! Catastrophic!!! Sad enough the people have to work but PLEASE train them regarding customer service. Owners should know that mine is not the ONLY horrible review. You sit to eat in and hear all of them shouting out i. Spanish which by the way is my home language so no racism intended. I want to eat quietly and enjoy my meal. You asked them to clean the table they come with a soaked towel and leave the table soaked. You ask them for a menu item and they say oh we don't have it but here take this instead. Who told them I wanted something else. I want the item my stomach wants to have. Here that's the norm " oh sorry don't have it" Really guys I know that's an admin issue but why do I come. Back because I'm hungry and it's next to my house for a quick grab. On the way here I pray that maybe maybe they have what I want. Sorry guys but this is not Cuba in Miami. If I wanted to have that experience I'd go to Cuba in person. Which I have. So please please train these people right. The manager serviced someone she knows and said hey what do you want don't worry we will get it for you the way you want it. Really what the heck, I pay for my meals and don't get nearly that service Then takes a seat to chit chat with some one she apparently knows well all while someone walks in with a Uber order that they bagged improperly and spills over the poor guy. Another e is asking for a ketchup and she says oh we can't do that you have to have it when you order so we can count it out. Maybe I'm wrong but you always can get ketchup for a meal and /or are we again in a comunist country where things are rationed out in portions. The prices are high enough . Ok so do t come here no more that's right but if others as I read in the review feel similar I don't think you'll have much business...

REVIEW regarding visit on 7/17/18 @ approx 1:49PM. Second time FAIL. A month ago fries were out of container..grease everywhere and bag broke and spilled all food due to grease. Today, once again FAIL. Ordered Bigmac meal, 6Piece chicken nugget meal, large diet coke, and a smokehouse and double quarter pounder..just the sandwiches. Was told at the window that order wasn't ready and instructed to go to mobile pick up parking area to wait for area. 20 minutes later..was about to call, the cleaning lady, holding a broom, brings my order. I asked her to wait while I verified got everything..she says "they only told me to bring food" ..as I opened bag..double quarter is sideways..half open box, no paper wrapper as in others McDonalds..as I picked it up, several ounces of GREASE pour out side of sandwich container..and unto rest of food..I show to janitor and ask that she have manager come out. After waiting another 5-10 minutes I pretty much gave up and drove away..to make matters worse..no fries with one of meals..to late to claim as I was home. WHAT A DISASTER! This McDonalds needs to clean up their act. NOT UP TO PAR, NOT UP TO MCDONALD'S CORPORATE STANDARD. See pics that I attached. UPDATE SEPTEMBER 9, 2025: Overheard rude cook lady in the back describe the custom ordered Double Quarter pounder with extra patties as a "DISGUSTING SANDWICH " as she gave it to the front attendant to hand to me. No decorum, no respect. Pure savages not fit to work at this long time American Burger establishment. Managers must teach these employees etiquette and respect for their work, the customer and the product their employer produces. It was shocking to hear her loud derogatory comment in Spanish: "SANDWICH COCHINO" as she placed it in the cardboard box. Wow! No respect for themselves or...

Extremely slow service and ridiculously rude staff. I could only guess the employees are required to wear earplugs before putting on their headset. Be prepared to repeat your order several times before having to confirm it at the window. None of workers except a select few have any idea what is offered on the menu. I can't explain how a McChicken with bacon and a side of honey sounds like a Filet o Fish but substitute the fish with McNuggets and the tartar sauce with 3 creams and 4 sugars. I've often witnessed manager's yelling at their employees with no concern about it being publically viewed and heard. This explains why these poor souls look so miserable and express no sense of decent customer service. These same managers, mainly the hefty large sized woman stand around on their phone which is highly unprofessional in my opinion. The food is tolerable for the price but the drinks taste as if mixed with a serving of clorox and urine. Steer clear from the apple slices, soft drinks, parfaits, and any shakes/smoothies.
