McDonald's — Restaurant in Florida

I had an awful experience at this location about three weeks ago. I approached the counter to four employees standing around chit chatting. They finished their conversation before acknowledging that I was even standing there. I ordered my food and then stood there listening to them complain about how awful it is to work at McDonald's and how they need to find different jobs. I also noticed how filthy the place was and there were so many flies around I almost just asked for my money back so I could leave. While I was waiting for my food, one of the employees was plugging in his cell phone and looked at another employee and said "if you knock my phone over and it breaks, you're paying for it" in a condescending manner. The female employee responded by saying she would not be paying for anything. The back and forth banter is not necessary in front of customers. Do they not understand how customer service works???

My food was ready but they continued their conversation until I gave them a look. I took my food and left. Upon leaving there were three employees standing directly in front of the door having a conversation and using vulgarities. I got my food in the car, it wasn't even right! Not sure how hard it is to make two cheeseburger happy meals only ketchup...I worked at McDonald's and am so disappointed in the lack of standards that this company appears to have nowadays. Sad really...

I did submit a complaint online and received what is probably an auto-generated message for complaints stating that my concerns would be forwarded to the local franchisee and they will be in touch with me. That was three weeks ago and I have yet to hear...

I ordered a mobile order online, I got to the location and the line was not moving. I sat in line for a good hour. I would have left however I was stuck in between two cars. When I finally got to the ordering stand I told them I had a mobile order code and they told me that I was all set to move up to the window. When I got to the window she told me that I was good to proceed to the food window. A lady approached me at the window asking what food I was there for. I told her that I had ordered a mobile order online about an hour prior. She told me that it was pushed back and other orders were taking priority. Then she proceeded to ask me to get back into the line that at this point was as far back as the gas pumps. I expressed to her that I had a curfew and did not have the time to sit in the line again. I asked her to reimburse me for my food that I did not receive and she said that it wasn’t possible. I am not one to complain, however I thought by using the app I would save myself the time and the headache. This McDonald’s has never been good, but it is comical to watch the lack of quality control they have. The only consistent thing they have is their inability to keep a clean, organized, and effective team. I understand it’s a fast food restaurant and I understand it was later in the evening. However it doesn’t make up for the laziness of these individuals. I hate seeing money that I worked for go to waste due to the lack of drive these people have. Like I said, it’s not that deep. Drive thru order, offered wrong meal twice. When I got my meal home we bit Into our burgers and they were both raw. Fries cold. Called to let them know about the raw meat. Ana claims to be the manager, said just let the staff know next time and then give me a refund. Problem is I wanted to let them know they are serving raw meat, I didn't care about the money spent or the fact that I was going to end up eating a sandwich, it is dangerous to consume raw burgers ... She yelled and me at that point. I responded and she hung up on me. I called back and guy gives me a 321 # for owner. No reply to my voice mail or text. Let's hope we don't get sick. We threw them away obviously but had consumed a few bites before noticing they were raw. I will be filing a complaint with corporate mmMc Donald's too. This is just wrong and they are not following the amount of time for cooking the parties, if they were this would happen. Ana states they just don't know when they are done , they can't tell... Really? I won't be eating...
