Neighborhood Nutrition — Restaurant in Florida

I have been going here because the drinks are delicious for so long. Quite literally spent hundreds here, yet for some reason on the one day I bring my best friend to the shop, what seemed like a new employee dumped multiple full packets into our cups sweetening so much and even when I specifically called her out on not putting collagen in my drink she still did and even swore up and down that she didnt even though I saw something that said collagen on the side of the jar that she was putting in the drink. All of this was happening while the daughter of the owner was sitting on her phone not helping so if she did train her for some reason she trusted her to not help one bit, and the daughter of the owner even made a sly comment of “do not put collagen in his drink” just because one time she did with mermaid juice without me asking. Both drinks were beyond sweet and basically undrinkable. To be argued with, basically told im crazy for seeing you put collagen in a drink and having sly comments thrown my way by the owners daughter I might not be coming back for a very long time. There used to be so many great employees that worked here, Zarion, Ty, even Jose who I had an arguement with but it still got settled. The daughter always has an attitude about working, and this new woman just wants to argue, I’ve tried to do so much advertising for this business and to be so disrespected on a visit where a new employee was arguing with a customer and my friend I was showing this place to already wanted to go to WAWA instead and I convinced them to go here just to have the drinks called powdered water even after mixing them as much as we could and have them so sweet that their undrinkable, especially some drinks I can make at my home for about 5$ which in fact i might just do that for now on… or just go to wawa for now on....

Yesterday was my first time at this place, and I was very excited to try the açaí bowl. The reviews got me excited and therefore I had some expectations… the guy that was there seemed pretty chill, but zero professionalism. He said that never made an açaí bowl, so I proceeded to ask for a smoothie bowl, and he gave me a chocolate protein soup, with a few pieces of fruit and granola… it wasn’t terrible, but definitely not worth it. I really use to love coming to this place. If Juan isn’t there Tyjuan got you. I don’t know what happen. Some blonde girl I never seen there treated me like she didn’t want me there.This girl who was so rude made the teams teas so terrible we actually threw them away.
