New York Pizza Fleming Island — Restaurant in Florida

My family and I ate here the other day and I wasn't very impressed. Pizza was just ok, a little tough. The kind you have to rip apart rather than it tear apart. A little soggy /floppy in the middle too. The wings had good flavor but were definitely overcooked. The salad wasn't great but not the worst I've ever had. We got a garden salad, which was just iceburg, black ilives, tomatoes, red onion and croutons. The ranch tasted like it was Hidden Valley, which I'm not a fan of. They only do bottled drinks and charge $1.99 for a bottle of Aquafina water, not a big bottle either. The drinks, straight out of the fridge, weren't very cold and they don't have an ice machine or cups. Coukd have used a few more plates. They only gave us 5 plates for 5 of us to share a salad, pizza, wings and garlic bread and they're the cheapest paper, bending, leak through the bottom...

Decided to get take out 3 days ago based on reviews. Ordered a calzone with pepperoni and mushroom and a pizza roll with spinach and tomato. Crusts on both very good, however, calzone was way overloaded with mozzarella and ricotta cheese was nothing but a small smear. The pepperoni and mushroom I paid 1.79 extra for each were non existent. As far as the pizza roll, same situation. Granted the pizza roll is mozzarella only,but cooks remember... spinach welts down,need to accommodate for that. Called and spoke with manager that evening, she was understanding and asked what would I like her to do. I said please refund me the 34.00 dollars. She said she would and it would take 3-5 days. Sure hope this happens, otherwise I just spent 34.00 dollars that we threw...

What happened to New York Pizza? The only place that had my ChickenPhilly sub. A ChickenPhilly is made the same way as a PhillyCheeseSteak only it's with "Shredded" chicken. Instead I got chicken strips, hardly any lettuce, the mayo was mysteriously absent and I think there was a few fried onions, Definitely not the Extra Fried Onions I had requested. Oh and on top of that, Literally, was the melted cheese and not much of it. My husbands cheesesteak was the same. The cheese was melted on TOP of the lettuce and tomato, and again the mayo was a no show. Ditto on the last cheesesteak ordered. No seasoning, no mushrooms that were ordered. A HUGE waste of time and money. They Were our go to sub shop but not anymore. So the hunt for a decent sub...
