Nikos Grill — Restaurant in Florida

Went there tonight for friday fish all you can eat . my wife and i have eaten there a few times before and had a great experience . tonight was different . they were busy so we expected a little slower service . it happens . we got our drinks right away . nice start . a few minutes later the waitress took our order . still good . 20 minutes our food was still not there and the crowd was thinning out . 10 minutes later our fish dinners were brought to us . the fish was under cooked and my wifes was very raw . after about ten minutes a different waitress came by and asked if everything was ok . i told her the fish was raw . she took my wifes dinner back and they made another one for her . when it came it was worse than the first one . i again told the waitress it was raw and she told us that they ran out of fish that was thawed and were thawing it out to cook it . 1 you cannot cook frozen fish and expect it to thaw in the fryer . 2 had we been told they ran out we would have ordered something else . they did take my wifes dinner and our drinks off the bill but we all went out a little disenchanted and will probably not...

My son ordered the shrimp dinner and I ordered the hot open faced turkey dinner. Both came with soup or salad. I got the salad without onions the way I wanted it but I could still taste the onions on the salad which means they just took them off. My dinner came and I had it with mashed potatoes I removed the gravy with my fork from the potatoes and couldn't finish the turkey. It felt like a like a tub of lard sitting in my stomach. My son's dinner came and it was supposed to have double fries cuz he didn't get soup or salad didn't look like it had double fries the shrimp was cold they took it back they dumped it back in the grease and brought it back and it was just full of grease and so he didn't finish it. I would absolutely not recommend this place for dinner. Today I was in Nikos eating when this lady comes in with a Pomeranian dog wearing a service dog vest and the lady was feeding it her fries and the dog couldn't sit down anywhere almost trip me walking in the restaurant and the dog isn't supposed to be eating out of the lady's hand and wasn't trained to remain by her side out of the way of other people if they can't follow the rules then ask them to leave we told our server she did nothing about it and where was the service animal ID card that says it a registered service animal that's to be attached to the colar because it was fake service animal maybe I should take a picture next time and report it to American with disability act and see what they say but I don't want to cause problems for Nikos we like eating there is it so much to ask them not to feed your service animal from the table other...
