Scam artists will be serving you food. They tried to overcharge us on the wine by billing us a way more $ per bottle of wine than on the menu, that is $95 instead of the $75 per bottle that we had 3 of…. That’s on top of our $500 dinner bill. When I pointed that out to the server he was trying his best to act like he is surprised to see it, making the whole circus spectacular out of the dialogue with his actor colleague (another server) about it in front of our table. They never apologised for the trick they were trying to pull with us, never suggested anything to uplift our evening after what happened, and our server had guts to walk around my table and snatch the original bill from the table that I purposely put aside! This was a 2024 Thanksgiving dinner by the way. I’m still debating if to file the report with the police on them since this is a fraud what they are doing. That same evening it wouldn’t be just us who were being scammed. If there’s a manager who wants to reach out please do so.

It took them forever to adjust it. The waitress was also listening in on our conversation and rudely asking questions. I had ordered the cod, and the quality of this fish was worse than what I would get at a local greasy spoon, for 10 times the price. For the cost, this was the worst dining experience I’ve had at what is supposed to be a good restaurant. I don’t know how this place stays in business.

First time coming here and it was outstanding. Service was amazing, our waitress was very sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. It did take a little bit to finally get our entrees but I believe they were just running behind on their orders (said by the chef) but the wait was all worth it once our food came out. I tried the scallops and my date had the wagyu and both were very delicious! They also had a banana liquor drink and I wasn’t too sure of it at first but it was different and it was delicious as well ! Everything was made with love. I would love to come back again some time. I would also recommend making a reservation ahead of time!

First time coming here and it was outstanding. Service was amazing, our waitress was very sweet and knowledgeable about the menu. It did take a little bit to finally get our entrees but I believe they were just running behind on their orders (said by the chef) but the wait was all worth it once our food came out. I tried the scallops and my date had the wagyu and both were very delicious! They also had a banana liquor drink and I wasn’t too sure of it at first but it was different and it was delicious as well ! Everything was made with love. I would love to come back again some time. I would also recommend making a reservation ahead of time!

Just had the pleasure of spending several days at Innisbrook Resort. While everything was amazing, Packard's is the crown jewel of the entire place.

Had the pleasure of dining there 2 nights in a row and had a good sampling of their menu. Everything was outstanding. And when I say "everything" I mean EVERYTHING.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a great hostess staff that is eager to please. They are polite, attractive, friendly, and you are immediately assured that this place cares about your experience. Aesthetically, the restaurant is clean and beautiful. Every table is set perfectly, bar chairs are in perfect alignment, no tables are dirty, and you know the staff is paying attention to the small details that truly matter.

On to the dinner and service. As a side note, I travel a lot and have been fortunate to enjoy many great restaurants. Many times, I leave disappointed as they often deliver below expectations. No restaurant has really impressed me in the past 5 years or so. That streak ended with Packard's.

The service quality was tremendous. We had a large group one night and they never missed a beat. Kudos to Alena who is quite possibly the best server I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. She had a team to support her, but she was on top of everything and anticipated, pretty much orchestrated, the entire dinner. Amazing. There was never a time anyone in the group was lacking a drink, plates were cleared in moments, settings where changed like magic. It was something to behold. I've never left a restaurant before where I was blown away with that level of service. This place shows you how good service could, and should, be.

We shared a lot of food; Seafood platter, octopus (best I've had in this country), Redfish (insane), and many cuts of steak (all cooked perfectly and incredible quality, but bone-in filet was out of this world), multiple sides, deserts, coffee. There was not a single item that was less than perfect.

A special recognition to the GM. I'll call him "The Conductor". He put together an amazing symphony. He was always around for questions/ recommendations but most importantly, he assembled a team that delivers a memorable experience from the moment you walk in until the moment you leave (full, impressed, sad it's over, and anxious to return).

I hope my return comes soon. Great job, Packard's Team. Truly amazing...

This evening, our dining experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the incredible team at the restaurant, particularly Linnea, our waitress, and Roseann, the host.

When we walked in, Roseann greeted us with warm and welcoming smiles. Her professionalism and efficiency in managing the seating arrangements were impressive. Despite a busy evening, Roseann ensured we were promptly seated and comfortable. Her friendly demeanor and genuine hospitality set the tone for a fantastic dining experience.

Once seated, Linnea took over with her impeccable service. She greeted us with the same warmth and friendliness, making us feel immediately at home. Linnea's attentiveness and professionalism throughout the evening were unmatched. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she took the time to carefully explain the dishes and offer recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. Her suggestions were spot on, and each dish we tried was delicious. She also paid great attention to detail, ensuring our glasses were never empty and we had everything we needed.

What stood out most was Linnea's genuine enthusiasm and passion for her job. She effortlessly balanced attending to our table and managing her other responsibilities while maintaining a positive and cheerful attitude. Her dedication to providing excellent service truly enhanced our dining experience.

In addition to her outstanding service, Linnea made a point to engage with us, making the evening feel unique and memorable. It is clear that she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.

Overall, Roseann's warm welcome and Linnea's exceptional service made our evening unforgettable. We look forward to returning and hope to be served by this fantastic team again. Thank you, Roseann and Linnea, for a beautiful...

The restaurant was nice, what I would have expected from an upscale steakhouse. Our server was very nice. My husband and I both got steaks and my son got the Lobster tail. The steaks were good but not worth $40-60. (The price is for the steaks alone the sides are a separate price.) The brussel sprouts were overcooked, but every thing else was okay. We knew we were eating at an upscale restaurant and expected the higher price, we didn't expect the automatic service charge however. Unfortunately, we didn't catch it at first and there was an area for a tip. So we basically double tipped. When we called to question the service charge the employee couldn't care less. She said that it started with Covid and they get calls all the time about it. It was not disclosed anywhere that the tip would be added or that the 20% service charge was in fact the gratuity being added to the bill.

Unfortunately, this was a bad choice on my part I wish we would have picked one of the local favorites instead of eating...
