My coworkers and I are constantly ordering from this place and have always enjoyed eating their meals. Its very fresh and delicious with good prices. Recently, we have been experiencing horrible service, and they like to charge multiple delivery charges when paying in two parts and the food is coming to the same place. Its pretty ridiculous. This past week, two of my coworkers shared the Tuesday special which was the Picadillo and they both have been diagnosed by a doctor that they have food poising. Es una pena que tenga que DEDICAR tiempo de mi dia para escribir estas letras,Desgraciadamente hasta hoy tuve una excelente opinion de este lugar,el servicio de Delivery EXPECTACULAR Y SUPER RAPIDO y los dos Drivers muy amables y profesionales,pero desgraciadamente en todos los centros de trabajo siempre hay una persona o varias que son la nota discordante que ponen el alto La ausencia de profesionalismo y esto va dirijido a DAYMI O COMO SE ESCRIBA,para que la identifiquen una que esta embarazada la cual coje ordenes por telefono y ect.......Su deber como trabajadora de un restaurante tan solicitado el cual le entran 300 llamadas el dia es ser PROFESIONAL LO CUAL NO ES UNA DE TUS CUALIDADES DE HECHO y explicarle a los clientes TODAS SUS INQUIETUDES ACERCA DE SU ORDEN LO CUAL TU NO LO SABES HACER,tienes que aprender a manejarte mejor no importa la situacion personal que tengas,eso se deja fuera del establecimiento.Les cuento lo que paso llame hoy como de costumbre a pedir mi almuerzo y me responde esta señora y ahi empezamos la platica sobre mi pedido al yo no entender porque me salia tan caro yo pregunto y ella me explica y en una de sus explicaciones me contesta con muy mala actitud y yo le digo textual Recuerda que yo pido diariamente y la respuesta de esta fue si yo c que TU PIDES TODOS LOS DIAS PERO TODOS LOS DIAS TU TIENES UN PROBLEMA 😳 jajajajjaja ella se le olvido k esta en miamo y no en cuba me parecia que estaba hablando con una chancletera de la TROPICAL,Bueno nada le pregunte su nombre y colgue,DEFINITIVAMENTE NUNCA MAS VOLVERE A PEDIR DE ESTE LUGAR,lastima que por una empleadita asalariada los duenos y managers de este restaurant pierdan clientes,no me parece correcto esa actitud pero bueno a lo mejor a este individuo no le importa para nada la prosperidad de este local.Espero que a nadie mas le pase tan mala experiencia y que los duenos de este lugar sepan tomar sus...
