Nicole is not friendly for a cashier we paid $62.00 for our order which included wings and she told us that we needed to wait 15 to 45 minutes before the food would be ready we had to ask for a receipt then once the food was done we ask for dipping sauce and was told by nicole we had to pay for it we ask even if we had to wait almost an hour for our order and even if we paid for wings she said we still had to pay why couldn't we just have one since we waited and hour and paid almost 70 dollars for two big dinner boxes and wings the inside of the store was packed very cold and the kitchen employees were sitting outside smoking and talking on the phone our pizzas were not hot and ready and our bread sticks were cold after the non courtesy of the cashier and how careless the kitchen staff was about getting orders done i will not be returning to this location i come here all the time and its been this way for the last 3 months never will i spend my money here again p.s i watch nicole give dipp to other customers who never ordered wings but the very moment any one else asked it was $0.50 smh they have to do alot better if they want to keep my business with them going not saying you definitely dont get to pick and choose who pay and whos free its called good customer service if i have you waiting 30 minutes or more your pizza use to be free but those days are long gone and so am i from this location thank you pizza hut for finally braking my 20 year relationship with your company for only a simple $0.50 cent dip you really out did yourself with this one never again i tell you...

I received a call from the store saying delivery guy is on his way you may come down then I asked “ dont you guys bring it up to the door “ I was responded yes and hung up on . Once delivery guy got here he called me and told me to go down to pick up my order i told him i needed it delivered to my door that’s why I paid almost $6 of delivery fee and he said I have 10 other pizzas I have to deliver I can’t go up didn’t the store call you ? Then I said yes but I said I needed it to come up and he said I’m going to call them myself and hung up on me . I then called the store and requested to speak to the manager in regards to the situation and she did not come to the phone she just told the person who answered to tell Me the refund was made and it takes up to 48 hrs to reflect with out even coming to the phone I’m very disappointed to...
Read morePizza Hut box completely ruined with hot sauce. Hot sauce from the buffalo wings spilt all over the bread and both the pepperoni pizza and sausage pizza. My wife cannot eat spicy food. When I called my local Pizza Hut, the person who actually boxed my order said there was no problem when the order went out and would not let me speak to a manager. Finally when I spoke to a shift manager, she demanded that we send all of the food back when another delivery driver would bring us another order. This is unacceptable. I will not wait another hour for what should have been done right the first time. I spent $45 dollars on this meal for it to show up ruined. On top of that get no help when I called looking for decent customer service to provide a solution. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut after this experience....
