the experience of having this place it was horrible first I place my order I specifically asked specify the way I wanted my pizza which it was two mediums one supreme with no mushrooms and the other one half cheese and half pepperoni first I forgot my sauce and second they put mushrooms I called to explain the situation that my pizza was done incorrectly and they forgot my sauce they told me that they would bring me another Pizza and they will bring my sauce now mind you it was already late after 8:30 it was their mistake now the pizza that we're going to take back someone here took three slices not knowing that the pizza was going to be returned now I'm the one allergic to the pizza but I had to do other things when the driver comes back with my pizza and my sauce the pizza that I returned he opened the box saw that there was three slices missing threw it to the floor and said well I have to call back the Store to let them know that you took three slice now he already had gotten my pizza and threw it to the floor making a big commotion a big deal for three slices the lady comes and tells me will give me a credit no one here had eaten the lady from the pizza place tells me that she cannot take the pizza back because it had been eaten now I told you all this commotion for 3 freaking slices from the new one that you brought me take back the three slices into the old you should have heard her they couldn't do that because they need to count the pizza I couldn't believe what I've heard from this place I have never going to order from here again I think they're up nauseous and they're rude and they have no manners at all that's also including the driver horrible I will be calling the...

The worse place. So I order pizza and gave my phone they confimed my address. Told me the amount. $17.... And 45 minutes I called at 6:27 so I called at 8 pm complained ... The first time the girl said she has zero orders with my phone number so i ask who else was receiving orders and to transfer me with the store manager... She hang up ... I called again so i ask directly with the store maneger... They said she was not in today... The one who was in charge said. " oh my driver called you 3 times... the driver was outside...I called you 3 time. I said I have zero calles from any one... She said Can you give me you number Again?.. So I did ..!! Her answers oh I think we had the wrong number.. The I said thats odd.. Ok so then can you send me my pizza... 😒😒she said ok you want to my a new order.. I said no send me the one I order i dont want to wait... She said.. we threw it away..you have to make a new...

This is the 3rd time that I've placed an order recently only to be told it wasn't placed and having to prove it was. This latest experience, I placed my order 5 minutes before the store opened (at 11) so the system said the store was closed and the pizza wouldn't be ready until 11:45. I called the location when it opened and was advised to that it would, in fact, be ready at 11:20. I arrived at that time only to be rudely told, I had no order and must've have called the wrong store. After showing my online confirmation and my phone log, the manager conceded that my order was there but I requested a later time. After again explaining the time was system generated and my follow up call, she simply said "ok" and walked away. To add further insult another customer showed up a few seconds later with the same issue and received an apology for the confusion and promise to process her order ASAP. Truly...
