I have never had a bad experience at this subway until now but it can clearly be the employee that was working, Frank. He was working on Monday January 3rd at 12pm. I had an online order pickup, when I got home I noticed there was a big mixup and my order wasn’t done correctly. I had received the wrong bread, not toasted, and no lettuce. I didn’t receive one call from the store regarding my order prior to pickup. I went back and in a polite matter asked for my sub to be fixed. There was no apology and I was completely disregarded when trying to speak. I said all the mishaps and Frank cut me off while speaking and just said it would be fixed. After my sub was done, I asked for his name. I also addressed that, next time a costumer is speaking maybe lookup and not be so disrespectful, he cut me off again to try ending the conversation for me to leave the store.
