Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

It's a Pizza hut, serving Pizza Hut pizza. I don't know why, but every time I order from this store, the toppings, the cheese, and the sauce, are held back 2 inches from the edge of the pie. I don't need a 2-inch crust.... I prefer those toppings go to the edge, or at least a lot closer than within 2 inches. Also, there is currently no Pizza Hut available to deliver to Hanna road. This is the closest one, and they won't deliver to hanna. I don't know what happened to Pizza hut, but they're no longer available on my neighborhood. Someone should open up a new Pizza Hut franchise on 41 where the other one closed. That one only closed due to lack of proper management, and it only failed to find or have proper management because the owner wanted to run it completely hands off. Franchise business opportunity right there, right now, for anyone looking for something of the such. A Pizza Hut at that location would kill it if it had an owner that had a true interest in...

Normally I don't have any problems with this store. Today (12/26/21) was a different story. Placed an order at 12:26 pm to be delivered asap, received a text that order was received and it did say one and a half hours for delivery. At 2:30pm looked at the text and followed the link and saw order was received but hasn't started being made. Called the store was told order wouldn't be ready for delivery until 3:30pm. Asked if it could be delivered sooner, no luck, so asked if it could be cancelled. Was told they couldn't do anything there and was transferred to customer service in Pittsburgh. On terminal hold then I just hung up out of frustration. Finally just decided to wait for the order, another fail, one pizza and bread sticks were right but the other pizza...

There was literally no pizza sauce on the pizza. The pizza dough tasted stale. I know my food had just been made. Idk if they have changed the dough or the ingredients on how they make the dough but it was not good. I'm sorry, I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I feel this time it's necessary, especially these days when (for most of us) money is tight. All restaurants menus / food prices have been raised but yet food portions have been decreased tremendously to half the portion and / or less. Not to mention, ingredients for certain food items are almost null and void. Who wants pizza with no sauce? Not me!
