Angelica is her name very bad customer service yelling at me in front of my son just because am asking her questions that I don't have the answer too.
I asked her if the ingredients where fresh and she said Noo like she wasn't in the mood to sell, then I ask if she could please put garlic on the crust and she said they don't do that no more yelling at me! She looked annoyed like she did not want to take care off me,she called over another employee called Shane to explain to me what she had just said too me, treating me (the customer) in a very rude and disrespectful manner.
Shane was an All star he took the time to explain to me and apologize for Angelica attitude š Angelica also wanted to kick me out of the store after I had paid her for my pizzas she destroyed my Experience that night with my son.
John the pizza maker was also an All star and took the pizza out to the car and also apologize for the bad service Angelica had given me and my son. It's been 6 years that I don't enter a pizza hut because am always working and last night I was off and wanted to visit my local pizza hut and this was the service I received.
It's very shameful that this is called a manager that represents pizza hut truly this manager needs coaching and retraining because weather you like it or not you are in the business of customer service and treating paying customers with respect and dignity I am a marion oaks resident and this is are local pizza hut and I don't want to believe that this is the manager that pizza hut has hired to service the community. Sincerely need to look into this managers actions and need to be coached on customer service!

They would not answer the phone, I let it ring for over 30 minutes, in the meantime my husband got dressed and went back up to the store and the lady was very rude. They never did answer the phone. I talked to the corporate office and all they did was send me a email. I made the order over the phone and I told the lady you made this wrong, she said that's what you ordered . I told her that when a person calls it says they are recording the call, I then suggested that she go back and listen to the call and the order. She hung up before she confirmed my order. I was still talking to her. I found out that she took my order on her way out the door. So she apparently didn't even care about doing her job. When I was picking up my order in the beginning, there was not 1 person who was doing their job. They were to busy talking to each other ,texting and playing games on their phone's. All I can say is make sure you check to see if they have taken your order correctly and then check it before...
