We ordered $130 of pizza through the app they promote on their website, Beyond Menu, at 7:07p.m. After 40 minutes, we noticed the order hadn’t been confirmed, so I called the restaurant. I spoke with a lady who said she was looking for our order and then accidentally hung up on me. I called right back and she picked up and then put me on a hold for over 10 minutes. During that hold, our order was confirmed. In the background I heard yelling and cussing and heard other orders being taken. At this point it was almost an hour after we originally ordered. We were disconnected so I called back again and got to a guy who had no idea what I was talking about. He asked the only lady working there tonight if she spoke with me and she said she did not. He said they didn’t have our order but then was able to find it in their computer system. He said he was writing it down and it would be at least another hour.
I then called Beyond Menu to see what they could do for the over hour wait. They called the restaurant and then offered to refund our tip. I requested $30. When the lady with Beyond Menu called me back after speaking with the restaurant she said that they would like to just cancel our order instead of refunding $30. After an hour and 15 minutes we finally got our order cancelled instead of having our meal delivered like it should have been.
After telling Beyond Menu to cancel our order, the manager called my husband back and said everything was Beyond Menu’s fault and explained that they won’t be using Beyond Menu any longer. They promote Beyond Menu on their website so I’m not sure how they will be declining orders from Beyond Menu. The manager did apologize.
I will never try to order from this restaurant and would caution others to try and order from them, especially if you order delivery from...
Read moreRIDICULOUS customer service!!!! Called at 12:18 pm on a Wednesday to place a pick up order. The person answered the phone with their greeting and proceeded to tell me my order would take 35 -40 minutes and asked do I still want it, I stated yes I would she then continued to express how long it would take because they've just opened at 12 pm. I'm confused because who opens at 12 noon odd but not my business yes I would like to order, then the manager gets on the phone to express to me how they just walked in the door at 12 noon and that it will be about 35-40 minutes for my order do I still want it? So now I'm understanding that they're trying to get to me to not order because they're not PREPARED to service anyone. I proceed to state that that's not my business and as far as my knowledge goes being a manager at a restaurant myself you'll should be prepared to start business as soon as the business opens. He then goes back and forth with me, I said I don't want it and hung up he then calls me back and leaves a nasty rude voicemail when I didn't answer my phone not to apologize but to be further rude and disrespectful. Now I've read the responses to most of these reviews and the responses are very rude as well. So I would strongly advise you'll to do better come in at least two hours before open to prep and prepare for the opening of the day and improve on your customer service. Arguing with customers shouldn't be tolerated on any level, I've ordered from you'll before and actually like the food that's why I was placing a order in the first place but with this experience I'll order and drive to Haines City's Pizzanos before I ever call you'll again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very upset...
Read moreVERDICT: tried a sampling of everything, the unmentioned were ok at best. The following in the long are the details on those that should be mentioned for the good or bad. If you can go somewhere else do it.
Tldr: get the wings, with there spiced breadsticks. Leave the pizza mozzarella and deserts alone.
The long story--
The good: Buffalo wings and seasoned breadsticks. Wings were a nicely sauced that I believe a wide range of heat lovers will love. The great: dip the bread in the Buffalo and its fantastic.
not bad but ehh: teramisu had no espresso taste, arrived frosty - cheesecake was okay, frosty as well one person had sensitive teeth the frosty put em off, they declined to finish it.
No thank you: canoles- came in a bought package, was still sealed only missing label from where they got it, a few declined to finish after one bite, nobody wanted a second canole.
The worst: pizza - mozzarella worth more then the sauce and pita like thin circular bread it was placed on, mozzarella sticks obvious frozen almost grainy texture in the cheese, marinara- not watery but lacking herbs damn near tastless.
The worst were obvious, the deserts were going to be ok till the frosty bits and bulk order sealed packaging, giving another go for grinders and pasta later to give a benefit of the doubt.
Update: sauce still bland, chicken parm grinder: calzone size and shaped cake of sparcely uneven placed chicken a splash of sauce in the center and a overflowing cheese ocean the chicken and sauce float in.
Manicotti and lasagna pasta: watery probably from frozen, and otherwise would be fine if not for the bland sauce.
Meatball grinder: thick cheese, meatball was par for...
