Quinteros Taqueria — Restaurant in Florida

So I've lived in the Kathleen area for a long time, and I had always seen this stand but never stopped to try it. That is until one day when I was hungry and wanted to see what they had so my fiancé and I decided to order from them. I believe my fiance ordered the 4 tacos and I ordered the stuffed bell peppers. When I say everything was fantastic and the portions were wonderful, I can't say it enough. I believe Miss Lee is normally the one who is always taking my order. I told her I was going to post this review and I apologize that it has taken me so long. Ever since we tried them the first time, we go back and I am always curious to taste...

The only thing that saves this place is the owner/operators bubbly personality. That food is pretty bad, especially considering other taquerias around. I think it may have to do with the ingredients.

I ordered 2 (sweet pork and beef) tamales and 4 tacos (2 chicken and 2 beef). had one bite of each tamale, and that's all I could muster (not a huge fan of sweet meat, but the sweet pork was VERY sweet). Same with tacos. I can't speak to the other items in the menu, but it was quite disappointing.

They must be doing something right since the stand has been in business since I moved to the area around 7 years ago. I wish them the best, but not...

This joint has all the food groups. Went back home after being away for a few years and saw this stand on my way into town. Had to stop, hoping to get some boiled peanuts which used to be on this very corner. Surprise! They still had boiled peanuts plus tacos, ribs, tamales, pulled pork sandwiches, etc. There is enough variety to make everyone in your family happy.
