Quiznos — Restaurant in Florida

Ok so it happened sometime ago, but still remembering and the reason I will never go to Quesnos again. Probably a whole new crew by now but hopefully. this complaint will serve as a learning lesson for current employees, I worked for Hillsborough County on the late shift in the County Center, but it was about 5:30 or 6:00 pm and it was my lunchtime, I decided I wanted Quiznos, upon entering the resteaunt the area where you can see the serving board was blocked off so I went there so I can see what to order and an employee yelled at me hay that area is closed we cleaned there already, so I stepped away from there to place my order, another customer came in to place an order, and one of the workers said loud enough for everyone to hear, let me lock this door before anyone else comes in, so I turned around and left the store. Worst food and service ever! I asked for a tuna melt and a honey mustard chicken. The service didn't ask what size or even what I wanted on them. After seeing tomato on the chicken, I told her I didn't want that and she just picked through it and pulled it off like it was a bother. I didn't see her make the tuna and she gave me a large, without asking me. After all that, I took one bite of the tuna and it was totally disgusting. The tomato was so squishy I took it off in pieces. The tuna is all dark meat and the cheddar cheese was barely melted and tasted terrible with tuna. You should have white cheese with tuna! Worst experience at a Quiznos ever. I don’t think I will ever eat at one again. When we got here, we realized it was in a gas station, ok whatever we’ll give it a chance. They have a limited menu, didn’t have the sandwich that we wanted, so we got a different one. My bread was the soggiest bread ever. I ate it right after I received the sandwich so it wasn’t sitting to get soggy. We ordered au ju sauce with it and they didn’t have the cups for it so gave us tiny soufflé cups. We open them and realized that it’s just water with a tint of brown. That’s not au ju. Needless to say I couldn’t even eat my sandwich. I would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t eat here.
