Rhode's End — Restaurant in Florida

We chose this place because it is really beautiful and because the water is calm for children. In general everything was fine, but when we arrived at the beach something very uncomfortable happened to us: The driver who took us to the beach area was very rude to us. He was an older man, Spanish speaking. He was in a bad mood in general and talked very hard to us in order to get the strollers properly into the golf cart.

Neither we nor the other passengers understood what happened😳. It left us very confused and honestly, with a bad feeling about the entire day in general.

Yes, I would recommend going to this place because it is beautiful, but I would make a suggestion to the managers: Hire people who know how to work with clients and who really like their work. An employee who behaves like this can ruin any visitor's day.

I found the Rhode's End Restaurant, Clam Pass Beach in Naples when out walking alone the neighborhood and wanting a casual place to eat on the beach. I have since then returned many times to enjoy lunch with family and friends. The ambiance (goes without saying) if beautiful and fun and everything an outdoor "beachy" restaurant should be. The Food is quite amazing and we have enjoyed a great number of items on the menu. The customer service is in a word "AMAZING" just really nice people. Shout-Out to Servers Ramona and Tamar - really personable and friendly along with being extremely attentive to our table with outstanding customer service! Yes, this is a fast-food outdoor dining experience that must be on your to-do list! Especially if you are a visitor! Enjoy watching Naples's sunsets while eating at Rhode’s End! Eat decent fast food served to you in an enclosed specially designed area where one can be served or wait for your take-out order when done. Served are salads, hamburgers, and fries, and for dessert choose from the cooler an assortment of ice cream or popsicle novelties. Service is served with a friendly smile and the staff are very patient when trying to decide on what one wants.
