This is a very friendly little bar. Connected to the Clarion Inn next to Rossmeyer Harley in Ormond.
While there was one great bartender, Blith or Bly? Started with a B and was very unique! She was tall I know. Anywho, she went out of her way to make me feel welcome. She was inside with one other girl, I wasn't helped by.
When I went outside to see the band that was playing, there was a bartender outside. I specifically asked for her name because I was amazed at how little she cared about me, or any other customer for that matter. Mandi. When I, or my friend was able to get her attention, she acted as if she was bothered by us paying for drinks.
Since I had a tab open inside I wasn't able to outside, which was fine by me. I understood why that was necessary. I suppose I shouldn't complain because when I got us two shots, and two beers, the total was only $6 for that round. So to say the pricing is VERY fair, would be an inadequate lol. (I paid more inside but with the fantastic service, I didn't go back outside. My friend later pointed out that we weren't charged for something when we got our round outside. Must have been my good looks.)
We ate Giant Sandwiches, one was a Meathead and one was an Italian. I was impressed that a woman brought our food out within minutes of us ordering. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but it sure did sop up some alcohol! Huge bread, was great!
Overall, I would say to stop in if you get a chance. If you're able to ask if "The Tall Girl with a B in her name" is there, I would do so. We will absolutely be back on our next ride specifically to see her.
Oh, for one last thing, the place was surprisingly open to bikers, and we felt comfortable. I know it's next to Harley, but a lot of times other patrons and staff assume we will cause trouble. I was thankful we were welcomed. 5 star because the tall girl earned it, and the food was sufficient for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was only our second time at Saints & Sinners Pub. We went to see one of our favourite bands, "Big Engine" play there. We were not disappointed by their performance. We ordered a couple of their famous sandwiches, which were very tasty. We had a great time and hope to see Big Engine again, hopefully at Saint's and Sinners Pub. Update: Dec. 8th, 2023. Since my first review of Saints & Sinners Pub, we've returned many times to enjoy our favourite bands playing there. Our favourite being "Big Engine". The service at the bar it quite good considering how busy it can be. Their famous sandwiches are really good and worth...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey should have never changed the menu. Used to crave their sandwiches and amazing bread. Yesterday I I ordered the āFrench dipā as my usual was not on the menu. I was served what can only can be described as a crusty leather belt on a hotdog bun. The meat was dried up deli beef and what I think I identified as a sliver of onion(?)⦠so disappointed, left hungry and deaf due to music being so loud I felt I was front row of a bad concert. Whoever delivered the food to our table was nice though.. couldnāt hear a word she said but she smiled so thereās that⦠and bartender was nice also but I like anyone who...
