I work at the airport. There are hardly any choices for food. I usually place my order from Sam Sneads for pick up as working at the airport your breaks are not that long. However, I ordered a Cordon Bleu Buger with fries for pick up. I walked in said “Hello” as there was a server standing behind the counter filling glasses with ice. There was no response or acknowledgment from her. I waited for at least 5-7 minutes before I asked her if the order that was sitting on the side of the counter was mine. Her response was that she has 5 tables or people in the back that’s waiting on her. I stated I placed an online order and would simply like to know if that order was mine. You can see that she’s clearly upset. She asked rudely if I ordered what I did. She handed it to me. The customer service there is highly unprofessional and rude!!! You would think that we all work at the airport, they’d be more welcoming or even friendly! This is not the first time this has happened. I had other colleagues that stated the same. Read moreBartender (woman) no difference to me ... very bland early morning attitude. .. that's the start off, no apple juice no raves about the coffee ,said it was plain coffee, ordered the steak tips ,were ordered medium and medium well they came...!! Bartender waitress came over and asked how everything was I said steak tips are cooked too long not a response and has not a word in 22 minutes of sitting here waiting for my bill. Just looks at her phone and doesn't want to approach me because obviously I have a complaint and doesn't want to hear it or address it!!! I probably wouldn't recommend this restaurant at least early mornings as the services lax.... so as I was taking this review while waiting for her to make amends for their horrible breakfast still not a word about the over cooked steak tips, just handed me the full priced bill, so I only left a 10% tip as I should have left nothing but couldn't find myself to do that as I'm not that type...
Read moreReally poor experience at this restaurant. First of all, the ordering process is done via phone and QR code, which in and of itself isn't necessarily a problem. However, when that system doesn't work things get problematic. We were with another party that also had ordering issues, but once everything went through, we thought we were good. So about 25 minutes pass and our friend's food is finally served. We wait another 15 minutes and by this time, they've already finished. We had asked for the status a couple of times only to be told that "I'm just the hostess.". The place is not crowded by any means btw. With our food nowhere in sight, we just ended up cancelling our order altogether as our flight time was getting close.
