Houte’s Caribbean Kitchen — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

This is my take on the matter. Number 1 learn how to talk to people on the phone Number two learn how to pay attention to people when they're talking Number three when somebody asks you for a manager of five times don't act like you don't know what I'm talking about. Number four. How come you don't have a phone number so that somebody can reach out to you if you're running in a vet in case I need to ask you something. Number five. Learn how to talk to prospective customers so that you don't turn them off over something stupid that you should have done Yourself. Number 6 I will make sure I never ever consider buying eating any of your food ever. It will never happen. And I will definitely not recommend this company to anybody. I know a lot of social organizations and people that love to experience new foods and new arenas of the food industry. But after this I don't think I'm ever going to recommend or ever go to this place for anybody or anyone ever. Don't waste your time advertising cuz when I see you I'm going...

Will never eat here again!! Fish looks & taste nasty. Not fresh or appetizing! Looks old and everyone knows fish baked correctly has moisture and flavor!! It had none of thar! I took a bite of fish & cabbage and it made me do U turn in middle of Belvedere Rd even though my lunch was over! It was so nasty it ruined my appetite and made me gag!!!! Everything about the meal was horrible! I took it back. Now it's wasted my time but I just want to brush my teeth. Tasteless and old fish on Fri!! I returned meal but cashier lies to my face when she says I've refunded $19.26. I had to start a claim w my bank to even get my money back! I’ve been coming here since April 2021 and I’ve been hooked ever since. I live in Palm Beach but I used to drive all the way to Ft. Lauderdale for good jerk chicken. That is until a friend of mine recommended this place. Honestly at first I didn’t believe it. I mean it is just a little food truck, it can’t be that impressive right ? WRONG!
