While in the Brighton store in Palm Beach airport…I wanted to purchased a few key chains as presents, in the past I had purchased some and I was ready to purchase another one, however, the sales person stood right before me inspecting my every move. I think she believed I was going to shop lift. I gave her no indication of this but she proceeded to follow me around, not in a friendly way. I would not mind this if she did this to the other customers. Although I wanted the key chain, I refused to buy it. I am tired of African Americans people getting poor customer service even when they’re paying customers. It was just super awkward. Now some important context, I’m brown and...

The salesperson seemed annoyed from the start and told me that even after cleaning, my necklace wouldn’t look any different—essentially implying that the quality of their jewelry isn’t as great as they claim. She also mentioned that their pieces are only guaranteed for a year, suggesting that after that, they lose their value. Her attitude was rude, and she showed no professionalism or personality. I will not be returning...
