I ordered online and went through the drive-through to pick up my food. The employee at the window flat-out refused to hand me my order and barked at me to “come inside” instead. I told her I had already explained I was in the drive-through, but she just repeated herself, dripping with attitude, like she couldn’t be bothered. She was rude, dismissive, and walked away mid-interaction while I was still speaking as if a paying customer wasn’t worth her time. I could barely hear her over the speaker to begin with, but rather than clarify or help, she chose to make it my problem. This wasn’t just bad service it was outright disrespect. I can’t imagine what kind of owner thinks it’s okay to have employees treating customers this way. Miserable demeanor, zero professionalism, and a perfect example of how to drive customers away. If you don’t like your job then quit. To add insult to injury, the fish was a dried skeleton and tasted like cardboard. Plus they forgot my coleslaw. I’ll never be back.

We love this place for delicious deep fried spicy jumbo shrimp with the best deep fried fries around! Yum! We go thru the drive-thru and find a quiet spot to start eating right there in the parking lot. If we wait until we drive home, then it's cold and not as good. But right out of their stoves is the best! We ordered a Jumbo Shrimp platter and a combo Jumbo Shrimp with deep fried chicken gizzards and fries. Our favorites. We ordered a Banana pudding and a slice of Red Velvet cake for home. It's not cheap but it is gooood. We want to try their breakfast food also in the near future.

This place is amazing! Had the snapper with fries sprinkled with the lemon sprinkle and it was super fresh, hot and delicious. Great portion size too. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a fresh drive thru in this area and wanted something different! Picture of one half eaten - couldn’t wait, smelt great!

My niche has always been finding good food. Since I moved in the end of May to Miami, I have been wondering about the restaurant “Snappers” across the street at NW 7TH Ave and 91ST Street.

Today was my day to experience it. There were two vehicles in the drive thru, and when I walked into the empty restaurant, I was unsure about what to expect. A youngster at the counter of the soul food joint, did not even know what to tell me, when I asked him what he enjoys.

Then I looked at the handsome gentlemen waiting for his “entree to go”. I asked him if he patrons the restaurant and what he might suggest. He was in gym clothes, fit, and sporting the same “haircut” I have. Shaved and bearded.

I took his suggestion the grilled snapper. Shocked when ordering to discover, fries, and salad are included in the platter price.

As he was receiving his dish, I was looking into the kitchen. A rich diversity of staff and amazing food being double checked by the expeditor. I knew asked the right guy for his suggestion, in my digestion.

The grilled snapper, cooked perfectly atop sautéed onions, green bell peppers, and button mushrooms, needed nothing. Lemon juice was among the provided condiments, so after the second bite I applied. Their fries are seasoned with lemon pepper. Different and delectable. The side salad with mixed greens, and romaine, carrots, and tomato, were perfectly crisp and cool, snug in the same styrofoam encasement.

This is / was by far, my favorite thing I have consumed in Miami, so far. After watching a few minutes of Judge Judy, there filling up on soda, I realized I wanted to carry the remaining portion home, before the oncoming downpour arrived.

IF YOU HAVE EVER WONDERED ABOUT IT. IF YOU HAVE EVER ATTEMPTED DINING HERE. IF YOU ARE EVER IN THE PROXIMITY, OF THIS CHAIN (I have noticed multiple locations) STOP IN.

I want to sample the dessert, and conch fritters appetizer, some...

I've been a customer since day one when the location opened in the area, being that I've lived down the street for 19 years since I was still a kid. Over the years, this location was always a go-to location for me and my family. On my graduation day, there was a hurricane and major flooding. The location was still open, so I decided to go here. The management team was like family and invited me inside and gave me praise and celebrated me (mind you, it was 15 mins prior to closing) and made me feel like family. Now to the present day, the new management has praised the prices, but the staff at the window and front are rude. I walked in, and they're talking about sexual factors, and one person was outside smoking weed like it was their personal porch at home. I'm not a person that sits and judges, but really? Today I called to ask a question; the individual did not answer the phone with a proper response, just silence, and when I said hello, they responded with, "Yes, what do you want? " As if I was bothering them with my call. Do better. I know this was, but I recommend the other snappers on 67th and 7th ave. Longer wait tbh but the food is much better, and there are many...

SNAPPERS ON 7th Ave!! The Gem and SuperStar of The franchise!! The Food is delicious served to temperature and always fresh and seasoned to perfection.. Honestly I can’t either cross through I-95 / 95th street rather going south or north. Without stopping and going through drive thru which is fast and attentive for a plate to go! Although We regularity purchase and order from drive thru, it’s funny how the heart of the employees and their dedication to servicing the community can be felt as harmonious and neighboring. It’s obvious their is a system and organization that makes this location so supreme!! The inside however is highly recommend. The restaurant is clean cooled by central air conditioning, ample amount of seating and very inviting.. Therefore if Your ever in this Miami area Make stopping by a must. The Heart of Their Major Varieties of traditional foods from Fired fish, shrimp, chicken wings, salad, fries, conch, grits, waffles, sliced cakes as the list goes on and on.. Be There allow Snappers 7th Ave To overwhelm you with their unmatched welcoming, Good food and Love!!”...
