The Administration Here Is The Worst And Cares Very Little For The Residents Whom Live Here. All They Care About Is You Paying Them Money Every Month. The Mobile Home Park Is Not At All In The Condition It Should Be It Is Not Private Nor Clean The Gates Are Broken And Left Open Left For Anyone To Come In And Out Of This Place When It Should Be Closed There Is No Security Here And There's Shootings And Crimes Happening Here Often. We Have A Pool Whom ANYONE From The Outside Can Come In And Get In And It's Not Open Often To The Residents Because They Do Not Clean The Pool Often. Years Back This Use To Be A Great Place To Live Here You Own A Home And You Have To Do What They Please I Am A Hard Working Man And Come Home Tired To Wake Up To My Car Being Towed Because I Cant Park Where I Want ON MY PROPERTY. They Charge You A Lot Of Money Monthly And Still Tell You What The Heck To Do With Your Home Making You Pay More Money Now With Towin. Security here is a joke. they got a Cuban security guy that only secures his own trailer. He has towed people car's for fun but not his own friends. bad attitude and possibly a child molestor becouse he always fallows school girls and ive seen him taking them pictures from behind too. The community Administrator is a thief! give her $1000 and you buy and get what you need. She steals from the office money with fake work done she puts on the monthly services from the community.By the way she hustle inmigrants to give her money ore she would tell immigration. I've been here for 2 years and the people here are awesome is just the administration that is corrupted and unprofessional staff that's giving this place a bad reputation. I have been a resident of this place for over 5 years. It is a place where one can come to live but there are factions, gangs, thieves and poor security. Do not come here. Example the rear security fence was recently replaced, it is a beauty from a far, but on close inspection you will find that any grown person can easily slip under the bottom wire. People come and go as if the fence was not even there. Known criminals are allowed to return here. Example: the boy who was breaking everybody's car window to steal the car radio, was eventually caught (no help from the office) was released.
