Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

Went in to the Starbucks across from Brandon Town Center to get 2 Venti size Frappuccino, no whip and extra caramel drizzle on both.

Ordered my selections then waited for them to make fill the order. When they called my name I told them of an incident at another Starbucks near me ran out of caramel. The barista said she was not sure it of the two I ordered was caramel or dark caramel. By the way, the other Starbucks substituted dark caramel tried it, did not like it.

Continuing my story - Got to the car and my wife and I tasted the drinks. Neither one was anywhere close to being a caramel Frappuccino as we have received in past visit.

I took the drinks back in and told the barista about our concerns. She apologized and offered to make two new ones. Again, it did not look like they was much extra caramel as we had ordered.

Went back to the car, tasted the drinks. Again the drinks were not as we envisioned them.

Given how specific Starbucks is with food preparation you would think all Starbucks would prepare the drink selections in the same manner in all locations using the same ingredients and amounts. Apparently this is...

I went in and order two different drinks, one with almond milk and the other with soy milk. I literally watched the girl make both of my drinks with whole milk and 2% milk and then lied to my face saying someone else had ordered the same thing and she thinks someone took my order and left. I was standing against the wall, looking at her the entire time. There wasn’t even a big crowd either, which makes it even funnier that she kept lying to my face. I rarely leave reviews, but this was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at Starbucks. I ordered an iced lavender latte and was given a different drink (looked like an iced coffee latte) with a strange taste. It upset my stomach so badly I almost threw up and ended up tossing it in the trash. I didn’t want to cause drama, so I didn’t return it, but it was simply horrible. The staff should pay more attention to orders—maybe the barista was having a bad day, but the experience was very unpleasant. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this Starbucks...
