Yes my name is Eric Arroyo I would like to take the opportunity to bring to the attention to the corporate office of panda express located on Bloomingdale and Duncan Road in Riverview Florida on 24 March 2021 I entered the restaurant to be greeted by Amanda manager of storeI was a bit agitated due to the fact I had entered the store on Big Bend and Highway 301 also in Riverview Florida to find the store in disarray with no product on hand for purchase , I was advised by an employee that it would be a minimal of 20 minutes for fried rice not to Mention The meats and other product that had been delete it from the display counter I asked employee what time the Bloomingdale store closed possibly I could make it there before closing they advised me they closed at 9o’clock. I would like corporate to commend Amanda for her outstanding service outstanding customer service and having a full selection of product to sell to customers entering her store, I apologize to her for being somewhat agitated I advised her what took place when I entered the big bin and 301 panda store she appear to be disappointed on what I had told her had just transpired at the store located approximately four minutes from my residence I think there for having such outstanding customer service and for stocking her store with product to sell to the customer and I advised her that from now on I will just drive the extra 1520 minutes to her store rather than Ever stepping foot in The big Bend and 301 location this has happened to me on a number of occasions it is not the first time it is only right that I reach out to corporate and advise corporate on what is going on at one of their locations and feel that it’s only right that Amanda receives some type of recognition for outstanding customer service and providing such a nice location where customers can come in and no when they walk in the door the product is going to be there for purchase, once again Amanda I appreciate your true professionalism and you are a true asset to panda restaurant corporation and hope you receive the highest recognition possible thank you so much you are greatly appreciate it and the professional Lizum of your staff that you have working under you it truly shows the hard work that your location provides to their customer thank you thank you thank you...
Read moreI stopped through the drive through last night. The girl said to hold on. As she came back on to take my order she said “what do you want.” Besides the rudeness I proceeded to ask if they still had potstickers she said “No.” so I said ok I’ll have an egg roll and a juice. She said” a juice?” So I said yes it says juice on the menu, I’m not sure what juice you have. She said “ummm well if you want a kid juice” this tone was so rude the whole time. I was starting to get irritated. I said ok I’ll just go for a Powerade please. “Is that all!?” The tone was outlandish! This was a quick conversation so she needs to be more professional. I said I don’t want anything else. She proceeded to talk to her coworkers over the intercom “yelling…what did I doooooooo ughhh this is no stupid and laughing in a very nasty voice” then she directed back to me and said ok well your total is…pull forward. As I got to the window she was laughing with her coworkers and then her tone changed when she came to the window. I asked who was speaking to me she said it was herself. Her total demeanor changed for a short bit she rolled her eyes and said it was her. She grudgingly apologized and I said” thank you but don’t speak to people that way please.” She laughed as I drove away. Her name was Jayden. There was no reason for this. Condescending tones while ordering food is appalling. If you don’t want to work there don’t. Stop playing games just take the order. Be nice and courteous! Learn some skills. Very poor behavior and I should have reported it right then but I don’t have time for drama but I will not go back to this restaurant. Get some people who want to work...
Read moreI went through the drive thru to pick up the order my boyfriend made and he put it in my name so I told them who it was for and they couldn’t find it. They then asked if it was ordered at the correct location and I confirmed it was. Then they asked for the order number which I provided, and told me to pull up front. After sitting there they yelled at me through the window to go in front of the door so then I ended up being in the way of the drive thru. I waited for a while and no one came out to give me my food, so I went inside. The manager or whoever it was took me to the side to tell me again that they don’t have the order, even though I showed her a confirmation page. I saw orders sitting on the shelf and asked if it was one of those. The manager then checked and said the name of my boyfriend (even though the order should’ve been in my name) and she realized the order number matched the one I repeatedly showed them. No one ever said the words “I’m sorry,” I ended up apologizing because they made it seem like I did something wrong when really, no one ever looked up the order number because if they did they would have found it. I waited 30 extra minutes on my way home from work for food that was there the entire time. Some kind of apology or free item would be the least they could’ve...
