Subway — Restaurant in Florida

These guys always screw up my orders and they waste peoples time. We ussually place the orders for take out and have my wife pick them up since we live close to work. Even though orders are place with plenty of time in advance ( at least 45 mins) they always start making them at the time my wife shows up and ask about them. It has also happened for orders i have picked up myself. Today there were 3 orders placed and they only made 2. my wife did not know there was a missing one as that is what was haded out to her by the subway staff, so she brought them over to us. It is not a big deal the order wasnt made, mistakes happen. The really bad is when my wife went back to inquired about it she was being ignored. until eventually she was told by a woman who supposedly is the manager they wouldnt do anything about it even though she showed the confirmation emails for the orders. Ms, Alissa and Ms, Jamie have horrible attitude and service. As 3 people sit in line they continue to hide in the back and once Alissa finally came out she started doing online orders, because both ladies didnt prioritize their day or get paid enough to work hard like they should and never done a day in their life. (: jamie proceeded to get my co workers order then alissa came out to do online orders and didnt take my order for a solid 8 minutes. I started in line at 11:05 and left the door at 11:18 being the 2nd person in line. I normally avoid posting negative comments and try and give the business a chance to make good. This business is poorly managed and the cleanliness is terrible. I ordered a tuna sub and literally threw up in the parking lot. When I came back in the person accused of trying to get a free sandwich and this infuriated me. I told them I was just informing them that something was wrong and before someone else got sick to check it. The employee then yelled and went to the back and started cussing.
