Subway — Restaurant in Florida

I placed a mobile order and it was incorrect. When i called to ask how well she read the order she said my order had 3 turkey sliders and 2 cheesesteak sliders. I then asked her if she read the customization on the Turkey sliders and she informed me that it just said 3 Turkey sliders. I told her i have my order page and it clearly says white American cheese, no spinach, add ranch, salt and pepper on all 3. Ive made a complaint on anyone because I too work in customer service and do understand how difficult people can be. I wouldn't be complaining this time if the woman i had worked with hadnt hung on me. That is extremely rude and of she cant handle resolving a simple issue then maybe she shouldn't be working in this type of business. Her name tag read Lou. My daughter was in this subway yesterday afternoon with my 5yr old grandson and the punk kid behind the counter told my grandson that he was his daddy!

If they do not answer my call by the end of today I'm turning my attorney lose one the owner! I as a dad and granddad will not tolerate my daughter and grandkids be disrespected in this manner!
