Absolutely the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in an establishment employees are unprofessional dirty looking sagging pants with their underwear‘s sticking out right in front of the sandwich tables extremely loud music is being played where you cannot even hear yourself let alone answer a phone call so definitely this is not a family oriented place nor a place where you can conduct business as you’re eating lunch for those of us subcontractors. Most important to two individuals responsible for the permanent loss of sales are to employees by the name of Larry and Ciarra. This person in particular like to get into peoples personal life and becomes quite the harasser I have reached out to Corporate and my lawyers for the embarrassment that this person has caused me and my employee as we were trying to dine in a fashionable manner in this establishment I try to way down the manager three times that he completely ignored me I try to ask for a number of someone above him and he refused to even make iContact the other employee Ciarra did not care of his offensive behavior.
There is no reason why an employee should be even getting into other peoples personal business whether the customer is having a bad day or a good day that is none of the employees business employees there to work to earn a living and to provide a service the manager is supposed to manage the restaurant and make sure that it is held to a standard this includes the ambient music that is picked for this establishment. I don’t know which way or form should I customer waiting for his food and looking at the person that is preparing their sandwich should have to know what color of underwear this individual is wearing because he chooses to sag his pants in an offensive manner I find this unacceptable I find it embarrassing and the fact that I was harassed by this employee I will be definitely taking legal actions I urge all of you not to walk into this establishment remember people need to be held accountable and that is the problem with this establishment obviously no one here has been held accountable and is the reason why they’re playing excessive and offensive law music while other people are trying to die apparently the owner of this subway does not know of this action I seriously doubt somebody who is investing thousands of dollars in a franchise would allow for...

As someone who frequently visits Subway, I’ve had my fair share of average service, but Tichelle’s level of attentiveness and professionalism truly set this visit apart.

What impressed me most was her attention to detail. She took extra care in customizing my order exactly the way I requested, ensuring that every ingredient was fresh and perfectly placed. She also made thoughtful suggestions based on my preferences, helping me craft a sandwich that was not only delicious but also perfectly balanced in flavor. It’s employees like her who elevate a simple visit to Subway into something special, and I wanted to make sure her outstanding service didn’t go unnoticed. 2 young ladies at this place did and could not do their jobs. Demeash served me and honestly seemed like she just wanted to get out and make everyone leave as fast as possible. I understand that working in the food industry isn't the best job in the world but have the right attitude when serving a customer who tried to make your job easier by not taking up time in order to just get food. With the fact her and another girl who worked with her couldn't even tell me the right price of extra things in the sub I got. I ended up pay extra for something else I didn't know was extra and I'm not coming to this subway anymore. The one up the street at least have people who don't dread their jobs and actually have a good personality with their jobs.
