I came 4 - 6 time inside the restaurant since the opening. I want say I was very surprised by the amazing workers here during the day. They were super polite, smiling, very professional and the restaurant is very clean.
I came 1 time at the drive, the 12/12/24 at 7pm. The worker at the born had some issue to heard us. The order was pretty bad. Miss items from the order and wrong drink in the bill. Honestly this is not the problem. A technical issue, or human error can happen and we are ok with that. I m not complaining about that.
We order 1 wooper junior meal with diet coke, fries and nuggets box
At the 2 window, we just asked if we can had the nuggets box because it was not in the order. He said no, I can't modify the order or make another one. It's ok, we were little irritated cause nothing was good in the order and we paid for but at the end it's ok... it's just a burger and mistake can happen no one was hurt you know lol
The real issue was at the 3 window. A girl, acting like a very bad Team leader. No welcome, very big and bad attitude asked my bill. I was speaking to her cause I wanted let her know the drink was not the good one. She shut off the window in my face when i was speaking to her and she was watching me with a very ironical smile on her face. She probably tried to look like the badass girl in the restaurant from the eyes of the others workers but for real, she just looked mean, stupid and ridiculous girl.
She came back and i could finally ask for the good drink. Again, she was no sorry, no your welcome or other polite words to use. She just gave me my drink and shut off again her window in my face and of course, she wasted merchandise cause of she didn't care about me and what I have to say.
If this girl doesn't like her job, she can just quite and let another girl/guy do it the job. Some people will be happy to work and they will do very well.
I will come back because i can't accept only 1 girl ruin the hard good work of the others workers in this restaurant.

   Read moreAll I'm going to say is out of the many times that I have visited this location this was the most of a problem that I've had I went into the lobby to sit down and order my food via mobile device as I was ordering it took quite some time I noticed that as the staff was calling out orders they seen that I wasn't getting the orders that they were calling out and I can tell that it either had them wondering what I was doing or bothered that I was sitting in the lobby and didn't order the expediter yelled an order number that I knew wasn't mine so I didn't respond there was a few people in the lobby she continued to yell number 8 hello number 8 when nobody responded she got frustrated walked out of the kitchen approached me before vocalizing herself again to everyone she directly approached me and asked did you order something I told her no I did not order the order that you called with a face of frustration she continues to ask did I order anything and I tell her that isn't my order her business wasn't to make sure she got the order out she was trying to see what I was doing and was I going to order which was none of her business I asked her why and her response was I have an order there and I'm trying to make sure I have everything which is why I told her that is in my order and that should have been sufficient enough for her to go to someone else which she could have done right after I told her that that wasn't my order she went out her way to be rude and had an attitude when she was met with the response that she was given I actually ended up making an order after that all of this because she couldn't take my answer and go along with it I told her I did not make the order she called out and she was not satisfied with...
   Read moreI had an awful experience with the manager Gabby at this Burger King. The cashier in the drive thru was having a hard time taking our orders. (2 separate orders), it took gabby (the manager) 15 mins after the employee called for an override to even show up. (The restaurant was empty) then right after the cashier charged us for one of our orders, the cashier told us it was approved. Then the computer system crashed as she was going to charge the second order. Took the manager another 15 mins to show up. Once she was there she only made everything worst. The manager was incredibly dismissive and didnât seem to care about resolving the issue. Instead of helping, they acted like I was an inconvenience. We were just trying to pay our second order and go. The manager kept saying that they never charged us for the first order. But we checked our bank account and it was charged. We showed her but she would not hear it. We were there for 45 mins holding the entire drive thru. The whole time we are just trying to pay for our second order. We left feeling frustrated and unheard, and it was clear that customer service is not a priority here. At the end she basically accused us of just trying to get free food and rudely tossed us our food. Telling us âyou want free food so much, here just take it.â The manager at this establishment is actually the worst. She was very rude, unprofessional, and resolved nothing.
