Ordered online via the Subway app. Ordered guaranteed for 5:55pm. 6:35pm still no subs made..along with 3 other people who had online orders. One person working..who apparently took care of all the peoples orders who walked in before the online orders. One customer was waiting 2 hours for his online order which still wasn't done. Come to find out that the worker didn't even have our order slip because it fell in the floor. Handling money with gloves on and then making sandwiches with dirty gloves on. My husband had to ask him to change his gloves before continuing to make sandwiches. He called the manager because we asked for a refund. I asked the manager why he was the only one working and her response was "because it was slow" 16 online orders waiting plus at least 10 people in line and that's slow?? Apparently the worker "didn't have the credentials to do a refund" so we would have to come back tomorrow. I guess I expected too much since our last experience was perfect. We will be back tomorrow for a complete refund to include the pre tip I gave the worker for sandwiches we didn't get. Do better Subway!! UPDATE: Turns out we were not speaking to the Subway manger last night.."we were speaking to a higher up manage" We won't even talk about her people skills. Went into the store today and spoke with Cody/Kody (actual store manager) we received our cash refund without any issues. We've dealt with him before and found out he works Mon-Thurs. if we go back will be on one of those days. As for the higher up manager..she should take some lessons from her...
Read moreWas ask to be noticeable today going into this location and look to see how we where presented and how polite the ladies greeted you made you feel welcome ect. Today of all days was terrible. The lady making the sandwiches didn’t say anything of course yes she was putting new veggies in top of the old but feeling up containers but never said I’ll be with you in a moment nothing looked the other way while doing it. The lady putting the veggies was not smiling was trying to push us through to the end but then made us wait until she helped 3 other separate orders. And when I ask the lady to smile she said nothing than looked at me smerking and said I did but of course you where playing on your phone. No I looked down to see if this app loaded yet. And she didn’t ask us if we wanted anything else once she did get to us and rang us up didn’t say thank you nothing. It was very rude not only that. I all for other veggies and she ignored me when I just simply said smile it’s not that bad Is it. I never once seen her smile at 1 customer period.. this location was the mulberry plaza in the villages....

A chicken chipotle or Baja chicken ended up with a similar type chicken sandwich…sort of…(it was chicken was about only similarity) Then she ordered a Philly cheese steak that had very little meat on it. Then I sent her a coupon for any foot long for $6.99 they had no idea about that either so paid full price for two subs that were definitely sub par!
