Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Made the order online said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I get there with only 1 person in front of me and tell them I’m picking up an order. The lady says ”oh crap” they didn’t even start making it yet. Once they finally start, the ladies start asking each other if they know how to make a sandwich I ordered.... they didn’t know how to make it, they had to call someone who did not answer on how to make the sandwich. They tell me she should call back soon while I’m standing there now 20 minutes past when my food was suppose to be ready. I tell her to just add another 6inch spicy Italian sub because I can’t wait any longer. Now I get back and this is what the lady gave me....just bread with some pepperoni on it. Is this a joke or something?...

I have been eating at Subway since the beginning of time. I write my directions so that a five-year-old could understand them. This particular subway is the worst. I’ve seen in 20 years. They can’t follow directions. Then when you point out their mistake, they belittle you like you are a piece of garbage. Even to get them to remake the sandwich is a battle because they still want to do it their way. so I will have to find another subway because this is not the first time I’ve had trouble at this location. The manager needs to be transferred to a new job like maybe garbage pick up or something else he certainly doesn’t belong as a manager for a wonderful franchise franchise, of course is Subway, unfortunately this location has the...

Just want to tell you my experience. I walk in they greet me with a smile even if they are with another customer and making a sandwich. They let you know they will be with you if the line is long or short. They care about how your sandwich comes out. They make me want to come back because the customer service is on point and CHELSEA is 5 out of 5 stars, if I could I’d give her 10. Remember the world is short staffed and when there is a line I’ve seen customers get snappy but they keep giving them a smile and great experience and other attitudes fall off their back.
