Subway — Restaurant in Florida

My family often frequents this location, thanks to its convenient proximity to our home. Today we stopped in for dinner, and there were two employees. The female working had her mask pulled down to her top lip and was assisting another customer without gloves when my family approached the line. She did not wash her hands, but did step up to put gloves on to help her gentleman coworker begin our sandwiches. I said “ma’am, if you are going to be preparing our sandwiches, could you please put your mask on properly?” She immediately snapped back with a scoffed “no.” The gentleman working with her turned to her and said “above your nose.” She responded with “I know, but... ugh” and walked away. I’m appalled that in the middle of a pandemic and a family with two children in front of her working in a food industry, that she was so lax and generally rude about it. I will unapologetically always ask that food service workers uphold a standard of sanitation and current CDC recommended practices to stop the spread, especially when there are children concerned. What she didn’t know is that my husband is also immune compromised and those small actions could bear a significant penalty if guidelines aren’t adhered to for the safety of their patrons and themselves. I would like to extend a big thank you to the gentleman working tonight, as his presence diffused the situation and his own commitment to making sure his hands were washed, gloves and his mask was on properly eased the minds of me and my family and the only reason we chose to continue to order. As for the woman, I hope this issue is addressed promptly for the health and safety of all...

Worse experience, service, server & food almost with raw bread as in not fully baked that you could taste the flour in it and every time I asked a question she didn't know the answer and they were two other employees working which the old man was worse, neither of them knew what was going on and she would not listen or put what or the the amount of fixing (veggies)that I kept telling her and it wasn't like I asked for more than they are required to put on a sandwich and I could not believe when I brought the sandwich home bread was without a doubt not fully baked and the rest of the sandwich horrible.

This place positively is without a supervision or people with proper training that know their sandwiches and unfortunately I could not give this place a zero rating because it was not...

I usually have a good experience here, but this last one was absolutely ridiculous and has me never wanting to return. Not only were the employees rude when I handed them a coupon, they refused to use the coupon...but said I could use a different coupon from the same coupon page..what? Lol. They absolutely refused to use the BOGO coupons but would accept all the other ones. That's not how that works...you accept all or none. The girl was straight up rude and defensive, and the man who originally rang me up saw the coupon and then threw his hands up and said "I can't with these people" and walked away into the back..and I hadn't even said anything at that point. Ridiculous and unprofessional. For a place that you can't get even a single meal for under 10 dollars, they shouldn't behave in such a...
