After practically calling and begging the owner to talk to me, we scheduled a cake tasting for our wedding cake. He asked us to send flavors over so we did. I confirmed the tasting within a week of the appointment. When we arrived, not only did Michael not prepare anything but he did not even bother to come out and talk to us and apologize that he forgot us. He offered to give us leftover cake scraps from the back, through his cashier, none of which were the flavors we agreed upon. At no point did he even talk to us directly. Very unprofessional and unreliable. If you’re looking to get anything more than a cupcake, go to an actual reputable bakery.

EDIT: After response from the owner. The statement below is simply a lie. We were at the bakery for at least 10 minutes, at no point did the owner come out and say anything to us. The cashier went back and forth 3 times before we rejected the offer of leftover cake scraps from other people's orders. The items were not offered AT ALL. The items being referenced - cake balls, macarons, cookies - I specifically asked not to make and said we would BUY whatever inventory was in stock as I already knew what some of those tasted like.

Again, this is just a display of how poorly managed this business is and that it should absolutely not be considered for any type of a large order. Where this company gets off painting me as some sort of a bridezilla monster for simply showing up for the confirmed appointment and then LEAVING when NOTHING WAS OFFERED is beyond me. I searched on google for a bakery that will do custom cookies with pictures or designs for my son’s high school graduation and based on their amazing google reviews I had to give them a try. I didn’t want to get them from a company such as publix and everyone was very glad I did! They were SO DELICIOUS, fresh, the photos and designs were excellent. I opted for them to be individually wrapped which was a an extra charge but great idea because people were able to take as a gift to enjoy at home. I placed the order online and submitted the photos, they emailed me and asked me some questions about it, set up a pick up date and time. When I arrived to pick them up I was confused since the sign said they weren’t open yet however they were since I had scheduled an earlier pick up time and I appreciate it that! The inside ambiance was as your typical bakery shop, not too big, just enough to get your baked goods and head out. The price is very reasonable for their amazing work. I truly appreciated and will definitely recommend to all friends and family. I will come back in the future for cakes because if they are anything like their cookies then it will for sure be a hit. If I could give this place more stars, I would! I live close so it's not so good for my bank account. 🤣🤣 I think I go sometimes 4 times in a week. They have mini cheesecakes that are out of this world. Mini cupcakes that just melt in your mouth. Omgoodness!! They now have cake balls that are just.....well, amazeballs!!! 😍 And I just recently tried the cookie butter cookie sandwich. I had to get two the second time because they are SO freaking good!!! Wowza!! I've almost tried every flavor of cupcakes and cheesecake. But the COOKIESSS, I knew I shouldn't have opened that door. I'm in big trouble. Do yourselves a favor and go get ya some homemade amazingness from an intimate, owner ran business!!
