I live in Land O Lakes, so I've been going to this location for years. I try not to eat too much fast food, so I don't go too often, maybe once a month. But the staff has always been friendly, personable, efficient, etc. As a matter of fact, between this location and the one up in Wesley Chapel at the corner of Bruce B Downs and S.R. 54, these are the only 2 fast food restaurants (besides Chick-fil-A, of course) I can recall where the attendant on the drive-thru intercom starts off with "How are you doing?" I always find that so nice. Well at this Lutz location that all changed on Saturday night, August 18, 2018. My wife and I pulled up to the drive-thru around midnight after the Def Leppard / Journey concert. The man on the intercom couldn't have been more curt or less friendly. Not only did he not ask how we were, he seemed put off that we were even there. Each item we ordered, he was like, "anything else???..." And we'd add another item, and he'd have the same reply. When we finally finished our order (I don't remember everything exactly, but we had a double decker taco, and two tacos with extra cheese and lettuce, and a Pepsi), he basically just told us to pull forward, no please, no price. When we got to the window, he just shoved our food at us. The perfect way to describe him was that he was a word that rhymes with Rick and starts with a D. He seemed like he hated his life, or his job, or both. He did ask us what kind of sauce we wanted, my wife said fire sauce. He forgot to give it to us, then when he remembered, he shoved a huge, crumpled up handful of MILD sauce.....Needless to say, it was an awful experience. He was a heavyset guy, didn't get his name. He didn't give us a receipt, so I couldn't even do the survey offered on it. But I knew when I had the time that I was going to go online and write a review. I'm just very disappointed. I haven't been back since. Although I have gone to the location across from the outlet mall. Hopefully the owners or management have either fired this dope or taught him some manners. Maybe then I'll come back through one day. Good luck to you guys. I should have given 1 star, but I didn't want to completely disregard the many years of positive...

Read moreHuge thing that is missing from our local Taco Bells is leadership and management. Beyond that this is my multiple experiences at this location. Walk in no one greets you but makes eye contact with you. Sign says use Kiosk to order. Who wants to touch that greasy mess of a screen. I was told they clean it every hour. Every hour my eye. My guess is whenever they get around to it. They have plenty of people standing around all the time. Teach one of them to use the front register. The drive through window operator is always standing around and it's only a few steps from the window to the counter. The food order is almost always wrong. Am I wrong about anything I've said above... absolutely not. I love that they do not greet you when you walk in they just stare at you. A bunch of young kids always running the place. When I asked for a manager. One had to go call one on the phone. Guess how that worked out. He couldn't get anyone to answer. If I were ownership I'd fire most of them and set a new standard. This goes for the store on 54 as well. Both exact...
