Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

Update: this place is horrible now compared to my previous review! My family and I used to go to this location all the time. Now the staff is completely rude and doesn't get orders right at all. My mom was standing there forever to try to get her food changed to have no tomatoes on it like she asked and my son was also standing there forever to get the sour cream removed and beans and potatoes added to his food. My mom was going to pay more money on the inside machine just to get what she ordered right but found out that it was over $9 so she didn't do it plus I told her to just get their attention to give you what you paid for. We order through the app and every time now the order is wrong. With how much it costs to add things to the burritos and you don't put what we ordered on it is ridiculous. Then when you do put what we add you put a measly amount on it example slow roasted chicken, which costs in the app $1.19 to add. What has happened to Taco Bell? Taco Bell used to have friendly service, and it used to be the most reasonably priced fast food chain. But with the slamming down of the messed up food by an employee because he didn't want to have to do it then pushing it over to the other female employee whom then just walked away to just tend to drive thru or other orders was wrong. Another female employee came over and then said what do you want and my mom had to completely explain it again without the food in her hands and point to the counter where the smashed food was. She then said ok and what do you want me to do with that my mom said we need the food remade because it wasn't made right. The employee then says what was the food my mom explains she goes in the back makes the food and once again didn't do it right. She looks at my mom and says here my mom says no that's not right we ordered it with added potatoes and beans she turns up her nose at her goes in the back and finally makes it right. When you mess up orders once, it's ok, but when you continuously do it, that's a different story. Third time's a charm. We are going to try the other taco bell again to see if maybe they have gotten better because clearly this one is now worse than the other one.

Previous: This is a very nice brand-new location just wish they were open late at night too. Very friendly staff and the food is fresh and hot and the chips are the best I have had at a Taco Bell in a long time. The WORST experience ever!! My spouse went to order food while I, who works in the service industry as a Kitchen Manager, was on my way home from a 10 hour shift just to enjoy hot food and have no issues. When I got home I was greeted by the worst experience ever! Asking what happened, I was told that our tacos had little to no meat no sour cream when asked for it and was charged for it, the pizza was asked to be bagged separately (was not), the seven layered nacho fries we ordered were given to him as just the nacho fries with the side of cheese sauce. When he tried to get it rectified he was told by the little rude arrogant drive thru cashier that it was what he ordered and that next time he should “learn how to order correctly”. Now correct me if I’m wrong but being in the service industry you NEVER talk to the guest that rudely especially when we live in a tourist well visited area. I have read many of the reviews and contemplated even writing a review but since all of them trigger around the same issues I thought why not…… Had I been in the car this situation would’ve not gone as they had wanted it too. Corporate has been contacted. Hopefully corporate will pay a little visit but with it being franchised out not sure if they will. I will drive the extra 10 min to go get food from Formosa Gardens Taco Bell! I hope that maybe he will change his attitude and how the guests are treated or this store will loose all returning locals and visiting guests who remember how...

ALL I CAN SAY IS I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE!!!! 1st off i was the ONLY person there it should NOT take 40 min for a small order! 2nd i check my food and my soft tacos were BURNT i mean BURNT. i kindly ask the girl who made them to come here so could ask her to re make them. Looked at me and turned her face twice! the third time i said excuse me can i have ur manager she she sent him to the counter.. i explained what happen he said NOTHING and walked away.I was shocked but still i patiently waited the same girl remade my soft tacos i said thank u she at the same time i was going to give her the burnt tacos and i THOUGHT she was handing me the bag hard dropped the bad on the counter and turned her back not even acknowledging me giving her the tacos back !
