You better be careful when you order. I placed an online order and I got spicy orange chicken when I meant to get regular orange chicken. When I got back to work and took a piece of the chicken I realized that it was spicy so I came right back and told them what happened. I asked if I could get regular orange chicken instead. The lady at the registry was clueless so she went in the bag and asked them and they said that I had to buy a whole bowl and pay for it. She came back and told me that I had to pay for a whole new bowl so I said Iâm not going to pay for it because I havenât even touched it. I only took a piece of the chicken, and it was spicy. She went back to the kitchen and said that I did not want to pay for it when this guy yelled saying âthen sheâs not gonna eatâ of course I heard him, which pissed me off so I said then I guess I wonât eat. He heard me he turned around and gave me a thumbs up. So I left, while sitting in my car I was so mad and hungry that I called in and asked for a manager the lady didnât even ask me what happened just put the manager on the phone. The manager sounded clueless too and just told me that they couldnât do anything about it because itâll be like giving me a free bowl and that I had to pay for it and that they hoped I understand said OK , I will go on Google and leave a review for what happened with this guy and for the fact that you guys can change the same orange chicken that I paid for just not spicy. She said OK if youâre still here please allow us to give you the orange chicken only as an apology. I came back in and the same guy that made a comment Rami the orange chicken and apologized. At this point, of course Iâm not coming back ever again. I appreciate the guy apologizing, but thatâs not how you do business he gave me a thumbs up clearly he didnât care everyone in there could hear him The Customer Service people are...
Read moreWell first the customer service is terrible, I waited in the car for curbside pickup ON APRIL 9th or APRIL 10th, (you can also review the phone calls that I made for that day) for 40 minutes because I kept calling and the cashier kept saying she will be there in a sec (I was otp with my partner and didnât realize how long I was in the car), I ended up going inside and she laughed saying âoh sorryâ after I stood there behind 6 men ordering their food so I was there even longer. Second time I went (A COUPLE DAYS AGO), I called for a pickup and the cashier was beyond rude and dry just like their food. For this so called luxury place that sells bowls and two drinks for a price of $40+ I would expect top tier customer service. As far as these large orange chicken bowls, you are getting only rice and about 10 small pieces of orange chicken so the ratio is unbelievable. When I paid extra for more chicken APRIL 10th, I was still scammed for a tiny amount. The pictures FROM A COUPLE DAYS AGO donât do justice on how much rice there is. But just know that Panda Express, Chipotle, and Cava doesnât low ball you and will hook you up on a good price and a great amount of food youâre getting You will never spend $30-$45 on their food for a couple. Winn Dixie right next to Teriyaki Madness has orange chicken bags for $10 and rice for $5, get your moneys worth. Thatâs my fault for wanting to surprise my partner with something different but never again will I come here unless Iâm getting a coupon for a free bowl. And saying that this is a suspicious review without even saying give us a call to talk more about this issue that you were having or maybe ask what are the dates!? But i get it, youâre trying to make your company look good. I would never go out of my way to make a novel about a company just for fun and giggles.. Iâm...
Read moreI placed an order online and was extremely disappointed. Upon arriving my wife discovered that the food was wrong. She notified the staff that one of the bowls was missing the spicy orange chicken in fact she mentioned it specifically four times to staff. They proceeded to put the spicy chicken into the bowl which she told them was wrong. Having two kids (a toddler and one sleeping in the car) with her she gave up after waiting ten minutes and left and came home. When we started eating we were beyond disappointed. The rice tasted disgusting and like soap, the noodles are just bland and have no seasoning, sauce or flavor and the potstickers were tossed in a bag that resulted in them just becoming a sticky mess. We called and asked to speak to a manager and we were passed off to a young man who stated he had to speak with the store manager regarding our complaint who said they wouldnât give us our money back and would only give us some free bowls. We said we wouldnât be returning as the food was disgusting. Iâll be contacting my bank as this is not an acceptable way to handle a situation like this. Donât eat here. There is a Kazu directly down the street that costs the same for much higher...
