I will never attempt to support this business ever and hope that word of mouth will make others leary of this location. I called the store this AM after we placed an order online through the app - We realized it was the wrong location so we attempted to cancel through the APP it said you would have to call the location - Within just seconds of placing our order we called this location. Very rude employee told us too bad so sorry there was nothing he could - therefore we got charged and never got a smoothie - Chose to go to Planet Smoothie where we had a very pleasant and positive experience. The manager from this location called and was screaming and hollering at me stating I was rude for wanting to place a "TRUTHFUL" review about her location - I never once raised my voice even after several minutes of listening to the woman scream and holler at me. After much abuse from the manager, I had to hang up. She also stated she would reply to my review and tell the TRUTH. I am telling the Truth and just want other customers to BEWARE. Read moreGenerally I eat at tropical smoothie a bunch, before work or just a fun lunch with the family or just a smoothie for poke hunting with the kids. Previously I had ordered a chicken Thai and received a buffalo chicken when I was headed to work. Luckily I eat the buffalo chicken or I would have been really screwed. I emailed about the issue and was told there are a bunch of teens working there-so I guess it is assumed they will get things wrong? But I let that slide, then the smoothie taste has been off lately but yet I still come. Today for my son's birthday lunch, I met the owner, (I assume, a blonde woman), and I am unable to use more than one coupon because my kids don't count as customers. I guess if I didn't have a deployed husband I could have used my two coupons as a seperate transaction but since I was alone (and apparently my kids aren't customers, per her), I couldn't. She then went on to tell me the coupons and the app I used were helping me and it is nice of her to have them, as if they aren't also a benefit for her to encourage extra business as a sales tactic, but okay. Read moreThis place SUCKS! The owner of this location’s name is Kelly and she is an absolute lunatic. I walked in for some food on one of my few days off that I ever get. I was handed the wrong smoothie after I tasted it because there were two of us in there with the same name. So I brought it up to one of the employees about it for the correct smoothie. The young girl was totally understandable and I was joking about it because it wasn’t a big deal. Then Kelly comes to the front asking what was wrong, we tell her and she called ME a liar, and then started SCREAMING at the girl for handing me the wrong smoothie and furious about having to make a new smoothie. Getting the wrong order happens. It wasn’t the girls fault. If anything it was my fault. But did not lie about anything and the way Kelly reacted was totally uncalled for. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I can not believe she would talk to a young girl like that, let alone when the store is filled with other customers. No one in there enjoyed their visit.
