I could have forgiven the lackluster crust and sauce if the toppings had redeemed the pizza, but alas, they were equally dismal. The cheese was rubbery and tasteless, while the few sad slices of pepperoni seemed like an afterthought, lacking any flavor or freshness.

So far so good... mamma mias has nothing on this place. This pizza reminded me of pizza in little Italy, New York. Or any New York pizza in the 80s and 90s. Hopefully they don't fall off like others have in the area. I saw some people ask that there be more sauce... don't ruin it. If the customer asks for more put more otherwise keep it as is. For I too have traveled around the world eating food at different eateries and I am also a culinary chef. Your pizza is great... as far as ingredients go.. its Florida water it's never going to be perfect just because of that fact alone. That's why u could go to other states with the exact same recipe and it comes out with a different taste. For example Pappa John's is everywhere but the pizza doesn't taste the same everywhere. Even when they started making the sauce from one location and distribution was to all locations.. still need water to make dough. So keep up the good work and stay consistent. If u have customers that want ur recipe modified let them otherwise keep it as is.. too much sauce makes the pizza soggy. Keep...
