Waffle House — Restaurant in Florida

So we ordered a couple cheeseburgers with hash downs with cheese on the side and a sausage biscuit to go. Got home open the bag and got Browns with no cheese, burnt burgers to the point of I thought they were small cheeseburgers not quarters and a biscuit with gravy all over it. Called them to let them know the entire order was wrong and they said come on up. We’ll fix it for ya. I go up there with the food. The waitress processed to pull raw meat out of the cooler to show me my burgers are quarters. To do this she opened the lid of one and brings it to me in one hand with the raw burger back in the other. I say ok I guess it’s bigger. She then actually intended to put the lid back on my food that was manhandeled with raw meat gloves and put it back in the bag!! I informed her no way am I accepting that food it needs to be made again. So all she does is have the cook make 1 new burger add cheese to the now cold browns and leaves the other burger in the bag. They correct the biscuit charge me the balance for them not ringing it up right nor making it right to begin with and throw in a coupon for a free waffle! What a bargain! What a way to satisfy your customer right? Oh did I mention by the end of it the so called manager made a appearance to say sorry about the miscommunication but we fixed so it should be all good! To end this review let me please say NEVER go to Waffle House on south hwy 87 off...

Worse service ever! I have been here twice and both times they have messed up my to go order. The first time they did not put bacon on my patty melt and the second time they did not put onions and the hashbrowns were overcooked and had two pieces of ham that I did not ask for in them! I work at a prison down the road so i usally call it in before i get to work pick it up head to work and not notice until i get to work that it is messed up! I called them both times and let them know they messed up my order i informed them i work at the prison down the road and i could not come back till my shift was over the next morning. They told me to come back in and the would replace it! When I got there they acted as if I was lying about my food and did not want to replace it! I am 8 months pregnant And very emotional so i said forget it and walked out but if I pay almost $11 dollars for a meal it should be right and i shouldnt be treated like a lier i will never eat...

Food was good we had a great cook but our server Pamela completely ruined our experience here. We very frequently travel through east Milton and this Waffle House has always been our go to spot. When we got there she didn’t greet us, slammed our silverware down and took our order while acting irritated. I get it that it was 2am but dang lady have some respect!! Looks like she just got out of prison or something. The whole time we were eating all we could hear was her screaming and complaining about her boss and how much she hated her coworkers to the cook. Don’t know about you but that’s NOT what I want to hear when trying to enjoy a meal. She forgot all the toppings in our hash browns but her attitude was so repulsive we scarfed our meal down and left. Needless to say we will NOT be stopping here again.
