This was a great location when they first opened but since pre-covid to now, it has been going down. Every time I visit, I am reminded why I take the extra time to go to another location over this one.
I place coffee orders online and itâs not made right. They just use regular or decaf and add flavoring thinking itâs the same as the flavored brew coffee. It is not, thereâs a big difference. The mobile app order can say Hazelnut coffee (brew) and add half n half and theyâll make regular coffee and add hazelnut flavor and add milk. Donât do this to your customers please, specific combinations have specific tastes so just make it as instructed. I once asked the staff member how it was prepped after so many mistakes and improper taste and came to find out itâs laziness regarding making another container of âColumbianâ âHazelnutâor âCubanâ. Disappointing.
I also decided to purchase the steel thermos/tumbler from this location because then my coffee would be for less. Thatâs how it was marketed when they first came out. Thereâs literally prices stickers by the coffee station that show the breakdown. Well, boy at register always charges full price and says no, that is the price and having a Wawa metal tumbler doesnât make a difference so he canât undo it. Very well, I trust the staff is trained and knowledgeable therefore as customers, we would appreciate the false advertising! Consistency would be nice but again and again, the only thing consistent with this location and the remainder of why not to waste our time coming for anything...

The manager who is a big heavy set lady, is insanely rude which is an embarrassing reflection upon Wawa. this Wawa is located near a high school and they keep their cups behind the register which is understandable however given I am not a teenager, or kid, nor do I go to this Wawa ever I had no knowledge of the cups being behind the register so I had to ask and when I asked the â manager â who was at the register I was immediately given attitude as if I was a teenager asking to steal a cup any sane adult would not accept the disrespect and obviously would reciprocate that. she then proceeded to refuse service to me because sheâs running her mouth and doesnât like that I am responding back not settling for disrespect. while refusing service her exact words were â get the hell out â coming from someone who has worked in retail, thereâs different ways you handle a situation especially if your stressing that your grown and old enough to be a mother like this lady was and if you cannot deal with being under pressure then a manager position is not for you.
