Tried this Wawa today and i would never go back. Person making coffee was rude people making food we're rude. Asked to have my coffee remade as it was a made almost only creamer. I get the same everyday usually over at the Wesley Chapel 54 location and it's always perfect the staff over at that location is always great and I never have an issue. I came to Maren way this morning as I was passing by and figured they'd be the same, I sure was wrong. Ordered the same thing I do everyday and the coffee was mostly creamer my buttered roll had no butter even though it was ordered extra butter and when I asked to have it fixed the guy with the beard making the food gave me a lecture about how because I walked to my car to open my food and walked back in that he was going to have to completely remake it. Then the other guy working fixed it and said he could just give me butter which was great. I asked to have the coffee remade and the woman behind the counter was extremely unhappy about it but if she would have just made it correct the first time I would not have asked to have it redone as again i have gotten the same drink probably 200 days in a row and today was made incorrect and i will not be forced to drink sugary creamer water. I spend over $240 a week at Wawa between the $100 a week I spend on breakfast everyday for myself and my wife and gas which is like $140 if not more a week and I don't know why they would act like I was some kind of inconvenience just because they did their job incorrectly. I will not be coming to this location again and I will stick with my regular store 54 where they are inviting and nice. I have never had my order completely messed up before and 54 literally has never made a single mistake in the months and months that I've been there. If you're going to go to Wawa go to the 54 location or the Bruce B Downs location do not go to Maren way...
Read moreThis review is for the Wawa store located in Land O Lakes. Letâs cut straight to it. Customer service from the cashier: 5 - stars. Food: 0, I wouldnât feed it to my pets. Now, not all their food. The âquesadillaâ from this morning was TERRIBLE burnt. It was a saltine cracker with cheese and ham. I could have done this myself at home. Well that wasnât the worst. The customer service given from the Quesadilla Master, wasnât it. He said âthatâs what a Wawa quesadilla at Wawa isâ. Iâve been to multiple Wawas including this one multiple times. I never seen a quesadilla like this, UNLESS itâs Wawas new recipe⌠anyway no refund, no remaking it, no nothing after I express my concerns. So instead I had to get breakfast at BK and threw that joke of a quesadilla away. If I was a new customer and employee told me that âthis is what a Wawa quesadilla is!â I would never step into...
Read moreI find WaWa, in general, fairly good as far as âgas stationsâ are concerned, but THIS particular WaWa is just fantastic and in my opinion, I credit the night time manager Brian. What a great representation to your company! I had a really rough day/night at work today and all I wanted was the Baked Potato Soup... Now, it is a hit and miss sometimes, even though it says that WaWa has that soup at least twice a week, Friday being one of those days. So I walked it and ordered 2. When I came up to collect the soup, Brian was there. He apologized and told me he only had one and offered me the Chicken Noodle, which I declined. He then told me he can have âmyâ soup any night I want it, as long as I give him a heads up. AND he paid for my soup! Thank you Brian! You are what customer service is all about! I appreciate you!
