My transport and I(I am fully disabled) stopped here to grab a bite to eat after my doc appt. We both use the app and had gotten 6 digit codes to redeem in store. The cashier/manager refused to take the codes saying they only have 4 digit codes, even after we showed her. She then proceeded to lie to us both saying the 6 digit codes are only at participating restaurants. I then asked if this store doesnāt participate in the app rewards and she said they do. Thatās when I went on the app, changed to a different promotion, and let her watch me push āredeem in storeā, accepted the pop up to change my current order due to only one coupon at a time. That one also popped up with a 6 digit code. When shown that all offers had a 6 digit code. She then lies to us even further saying that all the other customers who came in had 4 digit codes, but when I asked her what deal they had gotten, she conveniently couldnāt remember. Then my friend showed her his phone that also only gave 6 digit codes and told her thatās what he wanted to order, which was a double qtr lb w/cheese(included in the cost). Instead of taking his order, she yells back in the back to put cheese on my double whopper, which is not what I had ordered. The food came, my friend did not get his order at all, my order was messed up(charged me for the cheese too), and this woman(dressed as a manager) didnāt offer to place his order, didnāt offer to correct my order, and never offered to give us the discounts that we were offered on your app. Which also means I did not receive any rewards points. Iām so mad right now, that it was worth taking the 30 minutes to write this down. Iām not sure if I even want to go back to Burger King after this. Your drive thru clerk/manager(?) basically calling us stupid for not knowing how to work the app, even after showing her. I have a bachelors degree in computer technologies. This app is extremely basic. Not paying attention to a customer when heās placing his order, not offering to fix my order after she messed it up, trying to shift blame ONTO the customer, and then not offering to compensate us for an obvious miscommunication on a corporate to store level, and not a customerās fault at all. Additionally, she was wearing a mask, but the only thing it covered was her chin. She bagged my food, made my drink, and handed the food out the window, with an uncovered mouth and nose. Ā Ā Ā Read moreas someone who has worked in the restarting industry, i really do understand that places are understaffed and itās stressful to work in the restaurant industry in general. however, the experience i received last night, february 24th 2022, was the worst experience iāve ever had at any fast food we establishment. it was around 11 pm and a girl with red hair was working. we waited 10 minutes at the drive thru, nobody in front of us, for her to say something. i then pulled up to the drive thru and waited another 10 minutes for 3 items which were cold and made incorrectly. she didnāt say a word, and then closed the drive thru window as i was speaking to her. she forgot to give me my soda and i was trying to get her attention but she completely ignored me. we made eye contact many times and finally after 10 more minutes another car came through the drive thru and she finally came to the window. i told her she made my items wrong and didnāt give me my drink. she sighed, rolled her eyes, and handed me my drink, and closed the window in my face again as i was trying to remind her my items were not correct and were cold. i didnāt want to deal with her at that point so i just left, but iāve never received worst service anywhere. the attitude was so unnecessary for simple trying to get my correct food that i paid for. again, i understand how stressful it is, but there was no reason for the girl working to give me so much attitude and not even bother to say a word or try to correct...

Originally when she welcomed me she seemed okay. I wasnāt ready to order so she told me to take my time . Then as Iām ready she starts taking my order & seems to come off as agitation then she started saying she didnāt hear me so now Iām talking louder so she can hear me. Mind you she didnāt even ask me what size I wanted for my order so I default to a small⦠then she didnāt ask what sauce I wanted⦠we didnāt make it to her asking my name I drove off because by this now Iām frustrated because this lady acts like she donāt like her job. Then when I finally got to the window she tells me itās just her & one other person . So Iām thinking like so am I supposed to take your attitude? My thing is also that has nothing to do with me. I work in the service industry so I know what itās like & I get we have our moments . Where is the compassion on your end though?
