Taco Bus Lutz / Wesley Chapel — Restaurant in Florida

My families first experience- first the online ordering app was not working on half of the order I put in. So then I created a second one for the items that were not going through for some reason that was not explained. It was rice, beans, and a burrito that weren't going through. Basic items. So I call the store to tell them about it and asked if they could either add to the order or if that is not possible create an order for the items that were not going through at the actual location. The lady said you can only do it through the app. I then realized asked if she could create a separate order from the store just because that makes zero sense that you can't make an order on the phone. She said sorry you can only do it on the app. How on Earth does that make sense. A restaurant could not take on order over the phone when there app was not working. From a business stand point are you okay with loosing a $48 order and possible future orders. I'll ensure me and everyone I know never eats here again. Oh and even after that we gave a third chance by still driving there and putting our order in that way. But wait let's not forget she couldn't take my order over the phone. The food ended up not even being close to what we ordered even after he repeated it back. He also seemed like he hates his job and life. I feel bad for the future of this restaurant it was all around the worst experience that...

I drove some distance to get there not to mention I was hungry and not many places are open this late at night so that was a big disappointment. Taco Bus was great few years back when they first opened but I doubt I will be returning to any of the franchises it’s always one mistake or bad experience after another."

I wanted to repost this for the owner, because it wouldn't let me reply to the comment ... The response the owner had was implying the customer came after hours and it wasn't their fault. Yet the customer clearly stated he visited on a Saturday at 12:30 AM while the website says they are open until 1:00 AM. Which the owner did concur to before coming to the conclusion he visited on a Sunday, even though the customer intentionally mentioned he was there on a Saturday. Just wanted to point that out since the customer seemed to be misunderstood and I've noticed the owner's concern for other situations so I thought hopefully he'd be able to...

Went to the Lutz Taco Bus for lunch today. Yes, it's inside a gas station. But I keep hearing good things, so we went. My wife and I ordered their BIG tacos, which really are just loosely rolled burritos, they are in fact really big and loaded with good stuff. We tried the spicy chicken the shrimp the shredded chicken the fish and the chipotle chicken. That's five of them, but I ordered it and start out that way, we ordered four and had problems with one of them. my wife and I love fish tacos we get them everywhere we go, so I was excited to try these. When I started to eat it I ate probably a third of the way down before I ever found the fish. And when I did I was not happy. It smelled and tasted like an old stale fish stick. The very nice woman behind the counter apologized many times and offered to swap it out for a different one and that's when I got the Chipotle chicken. The chicken tacos and the shrimp were excellent. It is a little unusual to order tacos at a gas station, but I think the food is pretty good, and we will probably go there again, I'll just avoid the...
