Terrible experience. I’ve tried giving this Wingstop multiple chances, but it’s consistently disappointing. You can place an order online and still end up waiting over an hour. When you get there, no one updates you or gives a time estimate. Staff walk around slowly, look miserable, and honestly act like they don’t want to be there. It’s exhausting to deal with after a long day—especially when you’re paying over $20 per person for food.
The wings can be great—when they get it right—but that’s about it. The online ordering system is a mess. They never seem to update the timing or status, so you’re left guessing. On top of that, the music inside is blasting, so loud that no one can hear each other, and employees are singing over it while people are just standing around waiting for their food. It’s chaotic and unprofessional.

I got used to that and knew from when I ordered it would be ready in approx. an hour. That’s how the one Bayou in front of the movies is. That’s how it was when I lived in Vegas.
Now this Wing Stop is different. Don’t know if it’s the time I order, or if I get workers that care when I order, but every time I order it’s ready when it’s supposed to be ready.
